Are these slippery? Im looking for cards to build into towers etc

They are the usual playing cards ...I think they are fine to build your tower

Can you recycle these?

I actually bought the gold ones which are embossed plastic, but searched the web. The 'original' cards are plastic-coated paper, so, similar to tetra-pak containers, non- recyclable. Could be worth asking Waddingtons directly.
