Now had this for almost three years, it’s a wonderful piece of kit. You can charge it either through its solar array or by micro usb. It has a high capacity battery so I’ve found it can charge a standard iPhone several times or an iPad once or twice depending on how charged it is. Takes about 8 hours to charge to max from nothing via cable, or in the best conditions a few days via solar. All of this of course depends on the plug you’re using to charge it from or how sunny it is. I personally love it, so handy to have something that has the capacity to charge your phone when you’ve forgotten to, or with a few hours in the sun, can at least give your phone a bit of a boost to get it through the day. It also never gets hot when charging for the mains which I think is a good thing. It’s a larger power bank which can fit in a big pocket. As for toughness/ durability, it feels very solid, would help if there was a clip on the back for it to be attached to a rack sac if you’re out on a walk but ultimately it is practical.

Got this to take on some recent travels, not so much for the solar aspect but for the ability to charge while on the move. Initial charge time took a good few hours, but now it's fully juiced up it's managed to charge my S10 and iPad pro a few times and did the job nicely. I feel that the charge wasn't as quick as my normal chargers, but it did the job. Solar wise, it does what it says, and tops up the battery when not on mains power to charge. Not sure how long it would take real world to fully charge, or to top up a phone/tablet, but it's a nice feature to have. The light is a good add on, didn't use it on the trip. But put it on at home and it was enough to provide light to break through the darkness. Build wise, it's good and feels solid, the charging ports look good and the cover seems to be tough enough to withstand a few open's and closes! All in all, a good bit of kit to have and for the money, worthy of the investment.

Did not last a day , charged my smart phone once and it was dead flat from a full charge , solar charger did not work or charge either a device or the battery pack it's self , once it was put in the sun to use the panels the batter pack got hot a stopped working, uk sun not even a hot day ,it was just not up to the task

Der erste Eindruck ist positiv. Alles ist ordentlich verarbeitet und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Die Optik gefällt mir sehr gut. Das schwarze Kunstleder sieht sehr gut aus. Die USB Anschlüsse sind unter einer Schutzkappe gegen Nässe gesichert. Die Kapazität mit 25000 MaH reicht uns völlig aus und ist schön groß. Wir haben unsere Smartphones damit komplett laden können. Durch die zwei USB Anschlüsse kann man natürlich zwei Geräte gleichzeitig laden. Durch die fünf LEDs am unteren Rand hat man stets die aktuelle Kapazität der Powerbank im Blick. Auf der Rückseite ist noch eine LED Lampe integriert, die im Notfall wertvolle Hilfe sein kann. Per Knopfdruck kann man wahlweise die Lampe dauerhaft einschalten, sie schnell blinken lassen oder SOS senden lassen. In der Sonne dauert das Aufladen über Solar natürlich etwas länger als an der Steckdose, was übrigens auch möglich ist. Es hängt stark von der Sonneneinstrahlung ab. Das Gerät ist relativ schwer, was aber bei solcher Kapazität normal ist. Für diejenige, die gerne wandern, reisen oder campen kann ich das Gerät nur weiterempfehlen.
