The quality is not too bad. My main complaints are that with the mag-plate on the back of the keyboard and a mag layer in the cover, and the framing piece, it all adds up to make the unit about three and a half times thicker than the actual tablet. I know I'm asking a lot in wanting the unit to stay somewhat thin, particularly since this is a really low-priced case. Still, I find I can't really use this case because it's just too bulky. My second complaint is in the closure. Why does the closure flap stick out of the front of the keyboard??? It folds upwards and is in the way. I wouldn't mind so much, but the closure is just too hard to secure. Today, I'd expect it to have a magnetic closure, but, no. You have to thread the tab into the insanely tight loop. It's just too much trouble. There's a velcro closure that holds the tablet in place. You won't want to have to deal with that too often, and it feels like you're going to break the tablet every time you try to unstick the velcro! Apart from that, the keyboard is nice enough. Seems to work OK. I'm going to keep the keyboard and ditch the case. It'll be nice to have it available, though not with the tablet at all times. I'm getting another much slimmer case that has a mag latch and that folds out into a stand.

We have only had it a short time during which we had to replace the tablet. However, so far we are VERY satisfiede. It does need to be "Paired" each time the Tablet is rebooted(for what ever reason)m but that is due to the tablet soft ware and after a few times is not a BIG deal. Nice Product so far. I do believe that you will have to replace it should the battery become defective for any reason.

I would have preferred an easier closure than the tuck-in tab (something like a Velcro or snap closure would have been better) but it protects my tablet and the keyboard works well too. It takes some practice to remember oddball key mappings (like Fn+L to get an apostrophe / single quote) compared to a standard desktop keyboard, but it's great for when the touchscreen keyboard takes up too much screen space.

It's simple but nice. I don't have any problems to use it.
