10 x Ice Cream Tulips - Spring Flowering Bulb - Millthorpe Plant Centre - Free P&P

The quality of the delivered item is appalling. Half of the bulbs are dried out or rotten and will produce no shoots once planted. 50% of the product is defective! Isn’t that a good trade standard ? I doubt that. Would like to return this. No reason to pay all that money and only receive half of viable bulbs
