I have a plastic window that is hazy and yellow due to sun and not being cleaned can barely see anything. How well will this work on that?

I doubt this will help much. It is good for cleaning and removing small scratches and smudges. From your question I suspect the sun damage is irreversible. UV in the sun's rays actually changes the chemical composition of the plastic.
