I had used mamy such coconut openers from Amazon. I have to pretty much buy a new one every summer... But this one is quite sturdy and does the job neatly and easily. Writing review after 3 month of everyday usage.

It is very handy and makes life easy for those who regularly drink coconut water. Before it use to take me around 10-15 minutes trying to open a coconut with a knife and i have cot myself a lot of times trips to open a coconut. But with this opener it only takes me seconds. It has made my life easier.

Handle of the plastic stick specifically needs quality improvement, broke too easily and soon rest all seems to be good

Absolutely pathetic quality .. the steel cutter ( cylindrical) itself is short. So it never could make the right depth hole. And worst is the quality of handle ( plastic ) it simply disintegrated.. cracked in less than 5 months .. I feel sorry for this supplier.. people like him who supply substandard quality of products tend to reduce convince of buyers in the online market place.

It is totally worth it. I have been ordering tender coconuts online and they're nearly impossible to open with a knife. This product however has made life so easy. It drills a hole in the coconut easily in seconds. Just had a small issue though, i mishandled it with a harder coconut and the steel blade slided a little in. Don't mishandle it and it works as expected.

Very usefull product to make hole in coconut at home. Its safe and clean during pandemic time to buy coconut from market and make hole at home to stay safe. It takes seconds to make hole offcourse you need to push and rotate little harder. But solves the purpose.
