I like how this one is a little thinner than most other kefirs I have tried. I also like the flavor. It is really "plain" and that is what I look for.

This is hands down my favorite kefir brand. I've tried Lifeway, Clover, Trader Joe's kefir and this is the best one. It has a fantastic smoothness to it which I love. It's not super sour like some other kefir brands which I really like.

This kefir yogurt is great for baking and making drinkable yogurt smoothie.

I come from Eastern Europe and I really enjoy the benefits of Kefir. I don't know if this actually contains kefir bacteria, but it does not taste like the Kefir I know and does not have the acidity Kefir tipically has.As a low fat yogurt you can drink... this is pretty good tasting and I enjoyed drinking it.
