Um um pretty good!
I am on a low sodium diet, I have been searching for a soup that would fit my dietary requirements. I believe I found that soup, in the low sodium Campbell’s chicken noodle soup.Pro: I love soup. This soup has 170 mg of sodium per can. It also has 490 mg of potassium, which can be difficult to find potassium on occasion. If you put crushed black pepper, and a half dozen or so drops of Tabasco sauce, the soup has a good taste to it. And before anybody says that Tabasco sauce is mainly sodium, that’s true, but that is for 1 teaspoon full. 6 - 8 drops is not going to add that much additional sodium.Con: it is definitely not the full sodium Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. It has a water down taste. I do wish they had more vegetables in each can. This review was based on three criteria, flavor, packaging and warmth. I gave five stars to warmth, even though I’m not exactly sure what is meant by warmth. Overall I will buy this product again.

Discontinued
It took some getting used to because most things minus the salt just taste so bland. But I added pepper and it was fine. Unfortunately they discontinued making this, so if you are trying to keep away from salt and have a craving for soup you will have to make your own.

Refreshing to finally have a truly low sodium canned soup option !!
One entire can has only 120 mg of Sodium! Usually with "low sodium" canned soups youll see it contains about 400 mg per serving with SEVERAL servings in one can which isnt low sodium at all! This soup isnt like the regular chicken noodle soup which only contains noodles , chicken chunks and broth. This soup has noodles, larger chicken chunks, celery chunks, carrot slices and bell pepper chunks in a very light broth. its not concentrated...its ready to eat no need to add water. Yes its a very bland soup but the sodium content is so low that even if you add a dash of sea salt to liven it up youll still have a low sodium soup. Im very happy with this soup. I only wish the cost would go down.

It's SOUP!!
In an effort to avoid so much sodium in my diet I stopped eating canned soup. But it is so convenient, especially for taking to work. When I found this I had to try it. The first mouthful you'll think -- "hmmm, not so sure about this" but by the second you'll love it. All that sodium isn't necessary and when you become used to less of it, you start to really appreciate the flavor of your food. This is Campbell's best chicken noodle soup, in my opinion. And convenient! Heat and eat. No need to add water. Does my local store carry it? Of course not. They should call that place Salt Bomb Heart Attack Palace for its lack of low-sodium options. So I was glad I could get it by the 12-pack here. Now if Campbell's would only make a low sodium vegetable soup! However, you can mix it up a bit by adding chopped spinach or steamed broccoli to this. Someone else commented on how greasy the soup is. I refrigerate the can; this solidifies the chicken fat at the top of the can and when I open the can I can lift it right off and discard all that unwanted fat.

Amazon is constantly running out of this soup
If you're on a low sodium diet, this is a good soup. It's a little thin, but you can eat it with rice on the side as a filler. If you're already on a low sodium diet, this soup is easy to take. If not, you probably won't like it. But for low sodium people, this soup has light year's less sodium than the "Healthy Choice" stuff that's in grocery stores. Compare 140 mg per can vs. almost 1000 mg for the Healthy Choice.Problem is, Amazon constantly runs out of this soup. Here's how to make a substitute:Buy the Campbell's Low Sodium Chicken Broth on Amazon. Then get a bag of Manischewitz Wide Egg Noodles (orange package) at your local grocery store. Put a whole can of the broth in a pot on your stove. Add 1 cup of the noodles. Add enough water to cover it.Thrown in a little bit from a bag of frozen vegetables(peas, carrots and corn). Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, fry up a small amount of Hormel grilled chicken (in the brown box). After 7 minutes, put the noodles in a serving bowl and sprinkle the fried chicken pieces on top. Now you have a decent substitute until the soup is again available. It's a little bit higher in sodium than the soup but it's still pretty low.

Good soup as expected - add your own spices
I like soup, but not with all the sodium. Figured I'd try this low sodium, low carb version. It's good soup, but without the salt. Just add some spices and a little salt to your personal taste, and you have one good, and affordable serving of soup. Perfect for a thermos on a road trip. A much better lunch than fast food.

It arrives monthly
My sister's salt intake has to be very low each day. This product used to be sold in the grocery stores and all of a sudden, they stopped selling it. When I found Campbell's Low Sodium Chicken Noodle Soup on Amazon, I was so very glad. I signed up for Amazon to deliver this product every month. They send me an e-mail so I won't forget it is time to get it and when the soup will arrive. This works out perfectly for me. I wish Campbell's would sell more varieties of low sodium soup. I am glad I can get this one thru Amazon.

Not Campbells "Normal" Chicken Noodle
I purchased this for the "low Sodium" lable and thought it would be like the standard Chicken Noodle soup. It is not quite the same. It says Chicken with Noodles and that is a difference I didn't catch.Husband says it is good but the noodles are more like angel hair posta rather than the tipical chicken noodle noodles. I don't like angel hair posta so this will not be something I will be eating.
