Tried to install on two different computers with multiple issues while trying to print. Called customer service and had to leave message. Received a call back two days later while not present with computer and printer. Was given instructions on what to "try". None of the suggestions worked and called customer service back again and left message. Did not receive call back and called back and left another message three days later. Still no call back. Good luck with customer service if you have a problem with this item. Will not purchase this brand again.

DOES NOT HAVE OPTIONAL ETHERNET PORT AS STATED :)
it says it has the optional port for networking. but it does not. If your buying this and hoping to connect it to your network like I was. You will be as unhappy as I was . if I COULD GIVE ZERO stars I would, but zero is not an option
