Chillies & Peppers Seeds

Had these b4 were good will know if these follow suit next spring

I usually don't give negative feedback but I guess it would be wise to do so. I planted the seeds few months ego and nothing happened. Since there can be multiple reason for it ... i am not giving it a one star. The same happened to the other seeds I bought in the same order :-(
