Great quality wire at a good price.
Great quality solid core wire at a good price. Better price than a home store. Can be used for low-voltage applications such as thermostat wiring, doorbell systems (hence the name 'bell wire'), security systems, and some speaker (short runs) and LED lighting applications. Ensure the wire's ampacity (current-carrying capacity) is sufficient for the connected devices. At 60°C (140°F), it's 14 amps; at 75°C (167°F), it's 18 amps; and at 90°C (194°F), it's 22 amps. I used this with a 16 volt transformer to power a Ring brand doorbell. Works great, no issues with tangles while unraveling and pulls well through walls. Bought a lot so I can wire thermostats as well.

flexible, sturdy, and easy to strip
Absolutely perfect for my thermostat wiring project! I needed to run a new wire from my heat pump to the thermostat to be able to use my smart thermostat (c wire; if you're familiar with it). The 50-foot length gave me plenty of reach, and the red/white color coding made connections simple. The 18/2 gauge is just right for this purpose; it's flexible but sturdy, with clean insulation that strips easily. If you're running doorbells, thermostats, or DIY security sensors, this wire delivers solid performance and value. I strongly recommend!

Good value
I needed a replacement wire for my garage door opener. Great value and works as designed. The only drawback is that there is two separate wires and they don’t stay together well. I did end up twisting the wires together so they weren’t all over the place.

It's wire!
It is great quality wire for things like doorbells and low voltage (12V) add-ons like a humidifier for a furnace. Heavier gauge, well coated, and flexible. However, too many sharp bends and it will break like most wire. I like using it to extend a garage door opener switch (doorbell like) to places where it is more convenient. Just be sure the switch is out of sight and where a criminal cannot trigger it when the door is closed.

Good wire, works as expected.
This is very good wire and works perfectly for me, and at a reasonable price. I needed to extend the bell wire I already have in my house, and this one matched up perfectly and works great.
