The battery power only last one day. That is very dissatisfying. Other than that it works great. Prompt courteous service.

LOVE IT! works perfectly and has a good battery life! I use it for digital art and have encountered no problems so far :D

Worked great, but died after only 8 months. We purchased this in late August 2024, and now in May 2025 the iPad shut down unexpectedly and will not turn on. We can't force a start up, connect to iTunes on a computer, or any of the standard help online. the seller does not provide contact info, and ignored the message we sent through Amazon. Never purchasing from them again.
