I bought this flat top model cutter & a ball head at the same time, in the heavy-duty selection & they delivered as I hoped they would on some house remodel work!!! I used them in my hand-held drill motor that has variable speed in the finger trigger, which was a good thing!!! At certain speeds, these cutters will walk on you, so you will find out real fast at what speed you need to operate at!!!

Kutzall is the best. Easy to unclog when needed. Slower speeds allow fur like texturing on carving. Great for removing waste areas fast. Light pressure is perfectly less aggressive while firm pressure hogs out material in record time.

This is the honey badger or wolverine of the burr/rasp world. It's every bit as mean as it looks. And while it can do a lot of fast removal, your piece is actually fairly smooth when you're done. In short, it's a very handy thing to have around. Can't speak to longevity yet, but I'll be buying more if/when needed.

I bought a lot of different burrs over the years, but once I discovered Kutzall I buy no others. These things last forever, work exactly as advertised, and greatly improve the speed of my woodworking and other projects.

I bought this to open up the control cavity on a bass guitar to make room for full size pots.When you don't want to set up a router but a chisel is too slow or messy..... this is the tool to use!I finished the cavity in under 1 minute with this tool.

I couldn't find a good tool to help finish 3d prints post printing. This little tool does the job perfectly, removes material but not too much at a time.

In the Q&A, someone asked if this would work with a Dremel tool and the answer was "yes". Not so! This is a 1/4" diameter shaft. The largest a Dremel will take is 1/8th. Shame on me for not reading the description. Maybe I can use it with a drill? Or I can return it and take an $8 loss. I don't have the time to go miles across town in heavy traffic to take it the nearest UPS store.
