Quality Gone Down!
We used to love these balloons but now the quality has gone down! I bought the regular pack for my children and as you can see in the pictures, barely any of them inflated with water! We had so many left onto the branch of them that simply wouldn’t fill up! We are so disappointed! We buy these every spring/summer and so far this is the most disappointed we have been in this product!
