The timer comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, so battery replacement is unnecessary. To make the battery last longer, we advise fully charging it for 24 hours once each month.

The screen is showing nothing—does that mean the timer is defective?

There is a rechargeable battery built into the timer. If the screen is blank, the most likely reason is a dead battery. Charging the timer for 2 hours or more will usually fix this problem.

The timer isn’t working like it was programmed to—could it be faulty?
