I love all Eddings books, The Belgariad and the Diamond Throne series. Easy relaxed reading that escapes you from the trivia and stress of everyday living

Absolute classic book series, I prefer this cover art and the quality of the second hand book was great.

The series flows from one tense and exciting event to another while always building towards an ultimate end. Along the way I have been held captive to the twist and turns in the life of Garion. Any lover of epic fantasy or a well written novel will find themselves drawn into this great book and series.

The epic roars along, gathering pace as Belgarion strides toward his prophesied encounter with the Dark God Total. A brilliant read.

I enjoy two parts of story where Garion accept his destiny and had a lot of funny political drama as well the escape with the orb at the start of the story.
