T02 Mini Printer

I have had this nearly a year and then recently started using it again, however it didn't seem to work. Despite it being cheap and replaceable I decided to contact the customer service team there was a bit of back and forth and miscommunication but they kept following up even when I forgot to reply and somehow, they fixed it super easily once we identified that I needed an update. Honestly I assumed I would be fobbed off but they were so helpful. The print quality isn't great, but it's so cheap, the quality is as good as you'd expect. It works and customer service is good.

The Memoking Print Pods Mini Printer (T02 Thermanote) is a brilliant compact gadget that has quickly become one of my favourites. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and prints instantly with no fuss. The fact that it’s inkless is a huge bonus — no cartridges, no mess, and the prints come out clean and clear every time. The quality is impressive for such a small thermal printer. It’s perfect for creating study notes, anatomical diagrams, labels, gift tags, colouring designs, and fun little stickers. The printer itself is sturdy, portable, and has a long-lasting battery, making it ideal for keeping on a desk or carrying around for projects. A great purchase and excellent value — highly recommended!

Shame about app being for 17+ Was easy to set up but did not want to risk the advertising child may have received while using app - if app was age appropriate would be a brilliant product

Such a great product, being able to connect with my phone to print anything, whether that be for school or fun. Super easy to use and prints immediately.

Design: I love the packaging of this printer it's adorable and would be great for gifts. The design of the printer itself is lightweight and portable making it great to use for day to day life, university work or work in a shop. The serated edge to tear the sticker works great with each use an I have not had an issue with it at all! The labels are great quality too, super sticky and easy to peel off the backing. The phomemo app: The app is great and easy to use. I love the AI feature. I used it to print some Christmas stickers for gifts and the AI feature created a really cute boarder. I had no issues with connectivity and was able to pair my phone to the printer within seconds! Overall review: I would 100% recommend this product. As a university student who i constantly writing notes and drawing diagrams, this makes it so much quicker and easier as I am able to just print diagrams. I love that there are several colours of paper that you can choose to print on too as it really helps them to stand out😊

Please note that the app that is required for this product is a 17+. I don't see any reason this is the case having downloaded it myself on my phone but as I bought this printer as a fun toy for a 13 year old - (and clearly it is marketed for a young teen or even younger) it then means they either cannot have the app on their phone or you have to remove all the safeguarding Apple parental controls which is not something I would be prepared to do so actually it is pretty useless for the age bought for. So I give it one star as it doesn't make clear the printer cannot be used by anyone under 17 - unless they have access to an adults device. To add to that - I ahve download the app on my adult phone and it is almost impossible to use without being asked for a subscription. Functionality is extremely limited - you can't really do anything and all it does it endlessly show what is not available without a high monthly subscription. All is all a huge disappointment and please don't buy this.

This cute printer is smoothly designed and well made. It comes with its charger but can use any ‘c’ charger. It comes with 3 printing rolls in white, green and lavender. The printer spool is labelled ‘L’ and ‘R’ on its side to direct its insertion but you have to pull the spool apart to enable you to place the printing paper. I printed some photo from my album and others from the printers own app. Pretty easy to use and very neatly made. Easy to pack and store and the pictures though appear in black as it’s a thermal printer. My new best friend. I simply love this printer and my children do too. Battery life is good and value for money could be better.

I really like the printer...the print quality is as you would expect for a black and white printer! Clear black and white images or diagrams translate better than fuzzy coloured ones! What I didn't like was after my initial 'test' I then had to sign up for an annual or monthly subscription (to use the enhanced things like AI and conversion to cartoons)...AND I then had to pay a further charge to print more than a couple of cartoon images...I was making little cartoon characters of my family to use as Christmas labels. So to make my Christmas labels, I've ended up spending more than the printer cost in add on subscriptions. In summary, I love the printer and I feel very annoyed at the additional costs to actually use the software to make prints.
