I bought the FloSenso Smart Automatic Water Level Controller in May 2024. Before buying, I had some concerns about water protection (IP rating), which I shared with the manufacturer. They assured me there would be no issues.However, about two months in—during the monsoon season—the sensor failed due to water ingress. I only got around to reporting the issue after six months, but despite the delay, the company handled everything very professionally.They replaced my unit with an updated model at no cost and even shipped it for free. I've been using the new version for about four months now, and it's been working perfectly so far.I'm really happy with the support and how committed the company is to improving their product. It would be great if future versions supported Google Home, but overall, this is an excellent solution for wireless water level monitoring and automatic refilling. Highly recommended!

Nice device with great features

Hi all, i bought this product on 15th january 2024...i could installed this for my tank after 1 or 2 weeks...the product had little problem ...the sensor was not working...then i sent the product by private courier to Energy-bots...previously i was not sure about company's reliability...but they sent me back repaired product....The whole team of Flosenso was very co-operative till the end...their technical team has guided me for installation of my wireless flosenso...the product is working fluently on auto mode...its start automatically at given time ...note you have to select the time according to corporation water supply timings as if you dont have ground tank...its automatically switches off after it goes to max threshold limit kept by you...Its an excellant product for every one for both options 1 having ground tank2 having corporation water supply for limited time.I m planning to get another for my another flat also...I have uploaded both the pics while filling the tanks its gives you live status from remote place on your mobile...its completely wireless ...the wired product is also available.Thanks a lot to Energy bots team

Quality wise ok size is very compact, good value for your purchase

It’s a good device to control your MCD water supply, right from starting the motor at preset time to the time you have set it to shut down or if there is no water supply it will stop the motor from running unnecessarily and preventing burn out of motor. I used to get up at 5:30 am in morning to fill the overhead tank but after installing it, I have stopped bothering about filling water, as it’s automated system takes care of this procedure itself. The technicians are really qualified and very decent, trained persons. I strongly recommend it.

I bought the FloSenso Smart Automatic Water Level Controller on 20th May 2024, and from day one, I've had nothing but issues with it. Initially, it gave me incorrect readings, either showing the tank as completely full or entirely empty. After constant follow-ups with customer care, they finally sent me a replacement sensor. Unfortunately, this new sensor didn't solve the problem.Now, the sensor only provides accurate tank readings when the motor is off. When the water level is low, the pump turns on as expected, but just 5 minutes later, it switches off, indicating the tank is full, while in reality, it's only 10% filled. The sensor gives erratic readings whenever the motor is on, wrongly assuming the tank is full and shutting off the pump prematurely.Throughout this ordeal, I kept an open ticket with customer service, and their response has been nothing short of disappointing. They would call occasionally, promising to look into the issue, but nothing ever happened. To make matters worse, the controller has now completely stopped working. I raised another ticket, and it's been three weeks with no response from the company.For the price, this product is absolutely not worth it. I even went the extra mile and bought the wired version, which required wiring all the way up to the tank, only to be left with a useless device. I bought this for my elderly parents, hoping it would make life easier, but it's been a complete frustration instead.
