Great sandals
I bought a pair of this same shoe at Costco three years ago. They were my main pair of shoes for about two and a half years. In addition to wearing them whenever I left home, I also walked two miles a day in them usually five days a week for about two thirds of the year; I don't like to walk in the winter. They held up well and were comfortable. Costco stopped carrying them, so I was pleased to find them on Amazon; so much so that I bought two extra pair because in our world you never know if they will remain in stock the next time I need some.

Broke 1st time worn, no warranty, bad customer service
Bought 2 pair of these, one for me, one for my son for summer camp.Mine broke the very first time wearing them. The buckle at the heel strap.Sent them back for a refund and only got a 50% refund. I contacted the seller and was told that there was a $16 restocking fee (on a $30 item) because they were broken (no kidding, that’s why they were sent back) dirty and smelly. They did get worn in the water (river) for about 30 minutes before they broke, and I was annoyed at the poor quality so I didn’t bother to wash them well before sending them back. But they were broken, so why does it matter.Bottom line…Poor quality productPoor customer serviceApparently NO warrantyBuy another brand.

Failed with minimal use!
My husband really like the fit, and feel of these sandals. He wore them 10-15 times, and when he went to put them on yesterday one of them fell apart. They were only wet one time (rain) and never used in harsh or rugged conditions. Grocery shopping could not have been that hard on them. Total failure. I bought a pair of the ladies sandals at the same time, and I am now worried they will fall apart if I wear them out somewhere.

comfort is important
Purchased a pair of these sandals at Costco a couple of years ago. Extremely comfortable from day one. The lightweight usually indicates the rapid wear factor. But for the cost and comfort I was satisfied and happy with the purchase of these sandals. Have a pair of Khombu muck boots and their great.

Much better fit than previous purchase.
I had ordered a size 11 sandal in a different model and one size smaller. That did not fit, too narrow, and the heel strap did not adjust or stretch to fit. This one cured all those faults. My extra wide foot fit in nicely. I wear a size 10-11, but due to my wide foot a 12 was needed. The velcro heel strap is great for fitting to your needs. The return of the previous sandal was painless and easy.

Hubby loves these!
We've ordered these twice because it's really a comfortable sandal. The first pair only lasted about 9 months because he wore them all the time, and then they hurt his feet because they were worn out. I talked him into another pair by reminding him that these aren't meant to last forever. He has really sensitive feet. Well, he loves the 2nd pair and will buy again when they're done.

Most Comfortable Closed-Toe Sandals I have ever worn!
These sandals are the most most comfortable closed-toe sandals I have ever worn. I tried numerous pairs from both Amazon and local stores and each of them seemed to give me a blister after 15 minutes of wearing them. Even sandals that were 2-3x the price of these. These on the other hand are extremely comfortable and there is no part of the sandal that rubs my feet in any irritating way. I had a previous pair of these that I got from CostCo and they lasted about 4 years or so of continuous use.

Nice look Not for Senitive Feet
These have a wierd ribbing on the insole that has been hard to get use too. But they are a functional shoe sandel and the price is reasonable. I have nerve damage in my feet so I would not recommend them to anyone with Diabetes that has senitive feet or Neropathy.
