Love it — feels like living in the future!!
Setup wasn’t the easiest at first, but once I followed the instructions, it was smooth sailing. Now I can control my lights from bed just by asking Alexa — pure comfort! 😮💨😮💨😮💨The build quality is solid, the app gives me full control, and I love the power metering feature. In Latin America, we rarely get to see our real energy usage, so this has been a big plus. 🙌🏼For the price, the functionality and convenience you get are totally worth it. Definitely recommend! ✅

Dual Control and Power Insights, Installation Needs Care
This little relay is designed to tuck away into an existing switch box and can control two separate circuits, which is handy. I used it to manage two sets of lights independently. The power metering feature is also a nice touch; through the app, I can see how much energy those lights are using, which is interesting data to have. The build quality feels solid, and it's rated for a decent load (16A), so I wasn't worried about it handling standard lighting. It also mentions it can act as a Bluetooth repeater, though it seems that's mostly for other devices from the same ecosystem. Now, for the installation – you definitely need to know what you're doing with electrical wiring, or hire someone who does. It requires a neutral wire in the switch box, which isn't always present in older homes. The instructions were a bit on the vague side, but with my background, I could figure it out. Getting it to fit into a crowded switch box was a bit of a squeeze, but it's a compact unit. For the smart home features, like connecting it to Google Home or Alexa, you’ll need a compatible hub. Once set up with a hub, voice control and remote access work well. The connection is over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, so make sure you have a decent signal where you install it.I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a capable dual relay with useful power monitoring. The installation complexity and the need for a neutral wire and a separate hub might be a hurdle for some, and the detailed power metering is only fully accessible through its own app rather than directly in something like Google Home due to current Matter limitations. But if you're comfortable with the setup, it’s a good way to make a couple of dumb lights or appliances smart.

Good product and make my life easier
Seriously, I am getting up to flip switches (because I saw many of friends house using Alexa to turn the lights on/off), this thing is a game-changer. Slapped it on my wall switch pretty easy—no electrician, just stick it on and boom, smart lights. Now I’m yelling “Alexa, turn lights off!” from bed like some tech wizard. Works every time, no lag, and the switch flips smoothly without sounding like a robot arm. Way cheaper than buying smart bulbs for every room too.

Works Great After Setup
I recently installed the SwitchBot Smart Relay Switch 2PM, and although the installation process required carefully reading the instructions, it was absolutely worth it. Once set up, it works perfectly and allows me to control lights and other appliances at home remotely. It’s very convenient, especially with Alexa and Google Home support. Great value for the price!

Automate all the things.
I've got lots of "smart" switches and outlets already, and numerous SwitchBot items (love their blinds controllers). I didn't really have a need for this at first, but got it to test and was not disappointed. The BAD: None. The GOOD:1. SMALL. Fits pert near anywhere, including inside most outlet boxes.2. Handles AC and DC (the Switch 1 can go down to 12VDC, this one can do 24-30VDC).3. Handles quite a decent amount of current for it's size. Up to 10A on a channel, and up to 16A total.4. Easy to install (if you have wiring experience, else ask someone who does (or if required where you live).5. Easy to add into several automation platforms.I put this in-line with a ventilation fan in the workshop and can now control the on-off based on a variety of factors (temp, what else is in use, humidity, even air quality (all of those based on other sensors), and it's just mounted in the fan's built-in junction box. No wall switch!Happy this popped up and I want to get more (including the model 1, that can do 12VDC and 48VDC). SwitchBot never disappoints!

A big job, but it works
The media could not be loaded. Here’s what you need to know:- A neutral wire is required, but a ground wire is not. There are no-neutral relays, but they will probably require a matching hub or battery.- This relay can control 2 devices, but they have to be on the same circuit. I was only able to connect 1 of my light switches because they are on separate breakers.- This isn’t the best option for a 3-way switch (where you have 2 switches controlling the same device). You could use it on 1 of the switches, but you would have to leave the other on all the time.- The instructions could be better. There is a video on the SwitchBot website for this relay, but the wiring shown is different from what we use in the US, so it’s tricky to follow. Here’s a quick rundown of what each terminal is for. “N” is for the neutral wire. “O1” and “O2” are for the wire going to each device you are controlling, such as light fixtures. “L” is for the live wire carrying power. One of the wires from each switch also connects to “L”, but there are only 2 “L” terminals, so you may have to pigtail some wires together. “S1” and “S2” are for the other wire going to each switch.- This is a Matter enabled device, but you have to install the Switchbot app and connect it to the relay BEFORE trying to pair with Matter. If you skip that step, it won’t work.- With a regular toggle switch, like mine, you may have to flip it twice before it works. For example, if I turn my light off via voice control, the toggle switch will still be in the “on” position. So, to turn the light back on with the physical switch, I would have to flip it off and back on. Button-type switches may work better.- PM stands for Power Measurement. You can see how much power your device is using in the app. If you don’t care about this info, there are relays without this feature that might be less expensive.
