A cheap imitator.
It's a $1 vibrating toothbrush with the bristles removed. Not kidding one bit about that either. It is literally the exact same thing you can pick up at Walmart in a 4 pack for 5 bucks. The vibrations are far too weak to do anything but very superficially work based on the gate control theory of pain. If you are planning on putting a needle in more than a couple of millimeters, you may as well throw this away.
