This is accurate to size, my olympic weight plates fit. The clip is strong, I find this very effective. The lower bit of the rougher for grip, however not too much that it would effect you doing full rotations and wrip your skin.

Superb for forearm and wrist exercises - the only one like it I could find.

Grip, wrist and forearm strength is really important. This helps tackle the latter.

Came later than expected, but seems a decent bit of kit.
