No Complaint/Works great
Wouldn't keep out a thief with a hammer or pry bar but it keeps reasonable honest people honest. Works as advertised to keep my grandson off my stuff since he tends to be a thief that I have caught on camera.

Do NOT waste your money
This product arrives in a flat pack and you must assemble over 81 pieces. The directions are two pages of very vague photos that have to figure out. We did not put batteries in before assembling the door and we were locked out. NO WHERE are there written instructions or a warning to insert batteries before testing door. After contacting company for assistance, they said to "break it open". It was ridiculously easy to break open. Then, of course, it wouldn't work - the latch failed to open. Company would not not stand behind their product and would not refund! Would NOT recommend this product. Found a better option at BJ's (fully assembled!) for $59.
