No more pain in the neck!
Love it! Being a back sleeper it fits my neck, perfectly and is very comfortable all night. I have had a great night's sleep with no waking up in pain.

Pillowcase puzzle
Excellent pillow for side sleepers and shoulder pain. My favorite part, however, is the complexity of replacing the pillowcase. Every time my husband tries it is backwards and upside down and he swears he will never touch these pillows again. Today he was finally successful, with the exception of the snap, which, arguably can be pretty complex. Thanks for the entertainment Elviros.

4.5 stars - Good for neck support
I'd previously been sleeping on a down pillow, and I've been in a lot of neck/shoulder pain as of late. When I went to see a deep tissue therapist for some relief, it was unsettling hearing her say how "weird" my left shoulder appeared. So when this pillow came up in my feed, I decided to give it a try. It is VERY firm. I'm not a huge fan of a firm pillow, but to be fair, it is stated in the description. I wish it had slightly more give to give you that sleeping-on-a-cloud feeling. But that aside, I think it has helped my neck and shoulder pain tremendously. I am a side sleeper who sometimes switches to my back (and previously was flopping forward to my stomach by being bent forward at the waist for a bit just to get a different position for some relief, which would then cause my legs to fall asleep). This pillow keeps me mostly on my side with adequate support. After sleeping on it for nearly three weeks, I'm not tossing and turning nearly as often at night! I will say that it does take some getting used to. The first night I slept on it, my neck hurt a lot the next morning. However, as you begin to adjust, and also I'm guessing you "break in" the pillow some, the pain is relieved. Again the manufacturers do say to switch back and forth between your old pillow until you're adjusted. I didn't do that but found that I was sleeping much better after only a few nights. One other warning - I wear a nightguard that unfortunately causes my lip to jut out a bit, and this pillow can cause a person to drool. Again, something slightly less firm would perhaps solve that. I hope the manufacturers at some point consider a firm layer on the bottom for neck support with a layer of just a bit of extra give on the very top for that extra comfort for those of us with a softer preference. But I'm very happy with the support of the pillow, and it's helping my neck and shoulder so much that any minor inconveniences are easily overcome.

Good start on being the best pillow, but it's not there yet
In the never ending quest to find the perfect pillow I have branched out to try strange shapes. This is definitely strange. It's very dense memory foam, so there's some give, but not a lot. I'm a side sleeper and I have that ear thing going on from decades of sleeping on that ear, so I want a pillow that supports my neck, babies the ear and has enough mush to cradle me so I'm not waking up to reposition the pillow against the back of my shoulder. So, the good points: this pillow does provide the cradle for my head, neck and back. It has those side wings for resting my arm, which keeps my downside arm from being wadded up underneath me. and there's a depression that might be intended to take the pressure off my ear. The bad points: the neck support is a little too high and I much have a short neck because the ear depression hits about 2" above my ear. So, what to do? I committed to the pillow and decided to modify it to fit me. So, I whipped out the electric knife (the best way to cut memory foam) and trimmed about 1/2" off the bottom edge to make the neck support lower. That works. Next, the ear issue. I figured out where my head wants to fall and where pillow and ear meet, and dug a good sized hole out for the ear. That works. Then the "arm wings". As I said, I like being able to rest my downside arm on the wing, but this is a BIG pillow. On our queensized bed, it kept infringing on my husband's side of the bed. After a couple of nights where I found myself clinging to the edge of the bed to keep the pillow from shoving him, I got out the electric knife again and whacked the wing off, since I don't use it anyway. That works. So, in summary, with some creative knife work, I have a pillow that gives me a good night's sleep. I encourage Elvoirs to keep tinkering with this to suit different body geometries.

So Perfect! No neck or shoulder pain!
Finally a pillow that works for me! My husband had one, but it didn’t have a tag to find where he got it! Used the Amazon AI feature and found it! I saved it as a favorite just in case I have to replace mine. No more neck and shoulder pain! The Perfect Pillow!

Bad Choice After Cervical Surgery
This cervical pillow was extremely uncomfortable from the start. The pillow height is too low, it’s a little to flat for me, and it offers no real support. It’s also not compatible with a CPAP machine — the shape makes it even harder to get comfortable. After cervical surgery, this was absolutely useless and ended up being a waste of money.”

Bye-Bye neck/shoulder pain!
Not only it is perfect for side sleepers, but I was also able to sleep on my back for the first time in years. I'm loving it. The quality is great and since i got it, I've had the best sleep I've had in years. I don't wake up with pain in my neck/shoulder anymore. They even sent me and extra memory foam insert for free, for extra support. I'm gonna try it out tonight. Bye-bye neck pain!

Great support to the neck and maintaining proper posture
I love this pillow. Its quality, comfort, and primary purpose—providing proper neck support—have helped me significantly in maintaining good posture throughout the night. Additionally, I prefer to keep my neck aligned at straight angles while sleeping, and the pillow’s contours support my neck well, especially when I sleep on my side.

Miracle Pillow
I have major disc deterioration in my neck along with arthritis. This has been a miracle pillow for me. It supports my neck and helps me to sleep comfortably. I love this pillow. I have had my pillow for over a week now, and WOW the difference in my neck, and shoulder muscles is so much more relaxed and not nearly and tight as it use to be. This is a miracle pillow.

Very comfy
Would be nicer if it were just a little thicker. I have to add something under it to raise it up a little
