PYvideo Backup Camera (for Replacement)

It does not work at all. When I put my car on reverse nothing happened; what a disappointment.I bought this camera to replace my Camry backup camera (https://www.amazon.com/PYvideo-Backup-Camera-Toyota-Corolla/dp/B00IW8B29K) which after more than 2 years began to look fuzzy. I was so happy that PYvideo offered a replacement camera for just $22.99. My happiness only lasted after I mounted it and I realized it does not work.What a waste of time.

Mounted on 2013 Toyota Prius. Good replacement. Old camera and harness stopped working after about a year. So I got just the camera and installed. Has been working for a few months consistently. Hopefully it’ll last longer.

This works well most of the time, but sometimes has a color cast over half the image. It also has some trouble managing changing light conditions, like the sun in view. But the main thing is that it gives an image, and is compatible with the Toyota Camry 7" display.

I originally bought the full camera kit back in 2016. That camera lasted 5 years and then started to get very blurry. This replacement was only $20 and will hopefully last another 5 years. Best quality and most affordable Camry camera on the market!

Works great! Image quality from the glass lens is a big improvement over my previous plastic lens.

Inside of camera lens got foggy after 2 days of rain.

I got it in time but it's not working. Waste of money! I asked to double check the system to professional, he told me I have to change whole system(which is 105USD). Anyway, they said it is exact substitute for PY system, it's not true.

This back up camera replacement work great easy to install . I reached out to the PY video I consulted with them the issues I was having with my existing camera they advise me to purchase the back up camera replacement They would refund me the money. I replaced it it’s been working great
