ab roller

I really like the ab roller wheel. It is well built and easy to put together. Once put together it does not wobble like some wheels do. There is a steel bar that the handles slide onto. When I say slide I mean more like slam. I had to bang it onto the floor to get them tightly on which makes me think that I will have to struggle to get them off (which is a good thing!) It is nice because it has two wheels so I feel like it has better balance. The resistance bands were easy to use and work well if you can’t fully roll by yourself. The gliders that come with it are great. They work really really well on carpet. I’m not the biggest fan of the jump rope. The jump rope is two plastic handles with a cable in the middle and if you mess up it will hurt really badly. That’s probably the only negative thing that I can find in this whole kit.

At first I was hesistant to buy this product but when I receieved it I was Amzazed.This product absolutely worth mort than its current price.I love the Abs roller and the resistance bands; they a very stready.I only have one issue with the jump rope its not my type( Its too light and I have to be doing lots of shoulder work to get the working)I would really recommend this product. Value for the money

Very wiggly. The handle bars are very shakey. Kind of uncomfortable when holding the bars with the bands on it. Productive is effective but is uncomfortable where you place your hands.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend and he really likes it. Its really sturdy and its great that it comes with the knee pads, a jump rope, and other little things like the stretcher. It's a good size so he is able to take it to the gym when he works out. It also comes with a small pamphlet that tells you how to use everything in the box and a few exercises you could do. I highly recommend it if you're thinking of buying it.

Failed to assemble, manufacturing default. Company offered to replace is sent in. Item is made very heavy duty however.

I love this! I’ve used it a minimum of 6 times a week for a month and can tell the difference. They also don’t talk much about the difference it makes in your arms. I didn’t expect my arms to tone so much because I bought this solely for the reason of shaping my abs. I can see a difference already! I do this while I’m watching tv. It’s great for people who don’t like to workout or go to the gym. I love it! Definitely recommend!
