Helpful Reference
This is a great reference guide if you are trying to eat low FODMAP foods. I keep it on my refrigerator door. I also took a photo of it on my phone for quick reference when I'm away from home.

Big Miss
I had to return it. I ordered it at the beginning of my low FODMAP diet for my newly diagnosed SIBO. The diet is actually very detailed and precise regarding food and the specific portions of those foods in order to cure the condition. The information on this magnet chart was not only way too limited, the info. presented was inconsistent with what I eventually learned about low FODMAP diet and SIBO. Monach University in Australia had the most up to date, well researched info that helped me cure my condition through diet.
