Excellent insoles!
Husband loves it! I bought the insoles for myself and right before I trim them to fit my shoes, my husband came and curious about how good they were. They are his size and once he tried them, the rest is history. My husband has two pairs of custom insoles from his podiatrist and they cost a fortune. He wanted me to get him another pair so I am getting two more pairs :) They are solid, with very good support and good value. Can't comment on the durability yet.

Just what my feet needed
Very easy to cut to size for my shoe. They feel great and help keep my feet from getting fatigued and painful when I walk a lot. I definitely put them to the test right out of the box by walking almost two miles and my feet felt fine after. Would definitely recommend these.

Squeaky but perform well.
Good feel but not sure if it’s my shoes or the insoles that are causing a squeak noise. Used shoe-goo but still making a lot of noise. Other than that, they perform well and with pre and post stretching, help my plantar fasciitis.

Great product if it’s what you need
I bought this insole to put in a pair of Adidas trail running shoes. I was in the process of breaking in these shoes when I real realized that the insoles was terrible, and I also needed to add just a little bit more heel to toe drop. I was experiencing some pain in my heel, and honestly, the moment I tried these insoles the pain went away. Although these feel relatively firm, once they are in the shoe, they do the job of providing some energy return, and some cushioning from running. They seem to be well-made, although I haven’t tested them beyond a few weeks of running. My heel feels very well supported, which is good when running on trails. It almost feels like my heel is being held in place. Of course, this is a more expensive option than some others, but I feel as though it is worth the money. When it comes to what you wear on your feet for running, you typically get what you pay for. I will likely purchase these again, especially when I ascertain how robust they really are.

Arch support good
Always great for my shoes. I need the arch support, and these do that well. I got my first pair at Fleet Feet- where they test your gait and all and let you know what shoes, inserts, etc. help your foot pronation which helps posture and spine and all that. Because with age and wisdom (hahaha) comes the jacked up spines and knees from a lifetime of bad posture, etc. These help.

Try One, You Like It
Nice and squishy that reduces pounding on my feet during running.

Too hard
They fit the shoes well but are a bit too hard in the heel area and are a bit stiff.

Comfortable and easy to insert
The medium arch inserts were just right for me and provide a lot of comfort. I put them in any shoes that do not come with proper or and heal support. The insoles were easy to shape and insert.

I tried the blue variant before which I've found them quite stiff. These have those green gel pods, which admittedly I thought they would be a gimmick. Tuens out, they make all the difference in the world. The blue foam is also noticeably softer, but not pillow soft (something along the lines of a squishy rubber in terms of stiffness), so they should last for a long while.

Got the wrong size initially but Superfeet sent me the right size. Before I used the insole, I was struggling at 2k but was able to do 10k!

I had no issues clocking a few 21K runs with them. My legs and feet felt less sore than when I wore other running inserts. I'm confident that I'll be able to run 42k with these.

What I like the most about these are they are low volume and replace a running shoe insole perfectly, it really doesn't take much to get used to them and your feet don't feel like they need a half size larger shoe like with some other insoles. I wear them over long distances with no issues at all. I did take them out as a test to see if they made any difference and I found my feet started to ache after only a couple miles without them. They might be a bit more expensive than some others on here but well worth it in my opinion.
