Excellent Silicone
This is hands down the best silicone I have ever used. I have been making silicone molds for epoxy/resin products for over 8 years. Over this timeframe, I have used both tin and platinum-based silicones from major manufacturers such as Smooth-On, Alumilite, and Specialty Resin & Chemical that were listed as “self-degassing” as well as those requiring a vacuum chamber to degas the silicone. The viscosity of this silicone makes mixing by hand extremely easy. My first mold I mixed the silicone by hand and did not use a vacuum chamber so I could determine how well it would degas on its own. This silicone performed the best degassing on its own out of all the brands I have used, but still had bubbles throughout the mold, but not on the surfaces. I do not believe there is any such thing as “bubble free” silicone without using a vacuum chamber. I have made about a dozen silicone molds with this product that ranged in size from 6 ounces of silicone to over 3 pounds of silicone for one mold. Every mold turned out exceptional. All the molds were cured properly and were ready to demold in about 4 hours. After my initial trial of not using a vacuum chamber, I have degassed every other project as I do not wany any bubbles in my silicone molds. If you measure out your ratios properly and mix thoroughly, you should have no issues at all with this silicone. There are a few things to keep in mind when using platinum-based silicone. UV 3D resin printed parts must be thoroughly sealed for platinum silicone to cure against the item. If fully sealing your object is an issue, consider using tin-based silicone as those do not exhibit the same issues with curing and are more forgiving with mixing ratios. Additionally, if the object you are casting in silicone is shiny, platinum-based silicones will render your cast product with a matte sheen. If you require a gloss sheen, you will need to use tin-based silicone. So far this is exceptional silicone and will be my first choice from now on. Only time will tell if these silicone molds will hold up with the same amount of use as my other molds made with silicone products from different companies. I am very pleased with this silicone.

Great.
Having worked for a US manufacturer with a line of platinum silicones I love that this is inexpensive, easy to use, almost completely self degassing, and really, as long as you’re aware of potential incompatibilities you should have no problems with this. Sulfur like in some clays, certain vinyl gloves or materials, latex gloves or materials, some super glue or accelerators are the most widely encountered cure inhibitors that can partially to fully prevent platinum silicones from curing. Avoid those, and if you’re in doubt do a small test mix to save time, money, and cleaning up a mess. Temperature can be used to speed cure this material as well, hot conditions give less work time.

Great product
This mold making kit worked perfectly. The mold came out in great detail and is very durable and flexible in all the right places. Resin releases easily from it and it cured as described. Easy to mix and use overall. Very happy with my purchase and the price was very fair.

Good quality but a bit pricey for the amount
The silicone mixes easily and pours smoothly with very few bubbles. It captures details well and works great for resin, jewelry, and small casting projects. The final molds feel strong and flexible. The only downside is that the amount feels a little small for the price. Overall, it performs well, but I wish it came with a bit more material for what you pay.

Great product with customer service to match
This product is great, I will not use any other simular product. Not only is the product great but their customer service is beyond compare. I needed help since I was pouring a plastisol fishing bait mold and they were more than helpful

Easy to use, consistent results!
My box said “translucent clear”, and it cured as clear as silicone gets, so don’t think you got the wrong thing. This is foolproof pourable silicone, period. This is what “platinum cure” is supposed to be. It self-levels, it self-degasses, it’s great for people with no experience making molds and/or molding objects out of silicone. It’s not particularly sticky and it flows easily into intricate molds. The only price for it practically pouring itself is it takes some patience to wait for it to cure. 5-6 hours minimum. It’s worth it for an end result that looks this great. I got it to layer lighting gels to fabricate filters for small lights and it works great for layering. PROTIP: Don’t tear off the freshness seal, poke a small hole in it for squirt bottle precision. Mix your material by weight, on a scale. It’s much more precise and economical than measuring by volume.

Best Platinum Silicone I've used so far
I've used other brands of platinum cure silicone and they have taken long and sometimes have cure issues. BBDINO has been my favorite by far. It's easy to mix, the instructions are simple, and it cures fantastically. This size has been good for multiple projects and I'm really enjoying getting use out of it! You definitely want to have a good mold release like Mann Ease Release 200 (my go to).

Excelente producto
Es muy fácil de usar. Solo recomiendo usar la proporción por peso en lugar de volumen. Da muy buenos resultados. Tengo 5 meses con los moldes y guardándolos como lo indica (lugar fresco sin luz directa) siguen en perfectas condiciones
