Better Alt Shilajit Resin for Vigour Review: Great Stuff - Been taking this for a year now. If I don't take in the morning I know it in the afternoon. Helps keep me focused and moving later in the day. Without my battery runs low. Highly recommend. Taste is horrific. But well worth it for the benefits. Review: Best genuine Product - I recently purchased the Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin Pack from Better Alt and have been thoroughly impressed with the results. As a 45-year-old woman who has undergone a total hysterectomy, I was seeking natural supplements to support my health, particularly concerning elevated cholesterol levels and mood fluctuations. Incorporating this high-potency, gold-grade Shilajit resin into my daily routine has yielded noticeable improvements. After consistent use, I observed a reduction in my cholesterol levels. Shilajit’s potential to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL (good) cholesterol has been beneficial for my cardiovascular health. Dealing with post-surgical mood swings and depression has been challenging. Since starting Shilajit, I’ve experienced a more stable mood and increased mental clarity, which I attribute to its adaptogenic properties that help manage stress and promote emotional well-being. The most immediate effect was a significant boost in energy. Daily tasks have become less daunting, and I feel more invigorated throughout the day. This enhancement in vitality has positively impacted both my physical and mental health. The resin dissolves easily in warm water, making it convenient to incorporate into my morning routine. The inclusion of a lab test report provided added confidence in its purity and quality. I highly recommend this product to women seeking a natural supplement to support overall health, especially those facing similar health challenges. As always, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

Decent product
Still halfway through my 1st bottle, but I do notice a difference in energy when I take selenium. I recommend this product if used in conjunction with selenium. Thorne selenium to be exact.
