Replaced soldering tips with no mods.
This worked perfectly for inserting brass screw fittings into my 3D prints. It replaced the standard soldering iron tips with no modifications needed. Fit closely enough that it helped me insert the fittings straight.

Work Great!
These work great for my off brand soldering iron. Just remove the tip and put one of these on that fits with the insert you're using. Heat transfers well.

Did not fit
For whatever reason, these are ever so slightly too large in OD to fit my soldering iron. Really not worth the aggravation to send them back, I’ll just have to take a little off the OD before they’re useable. But the box is really nice…

Buttery
I've only used these for one project since getting them, as is the way of things for me. But installing it was really easy, since I had the type of soldering iron that these are meant to fit. It heated up really quickly and pressed a few inserts into an ABS print with ease. They went in like butter. So if it can do ABS, it can certainly do any other printed materials with ease.
