Slim, Smart, and Rechargeable—Just Works Without the Hype
I slid the Pebblebee Tracker Card into my wallet—no bulge, no hassle. Setup? Simple. It joined Apple’s Find My or Google’s Find My Device network in seconds. And yes, you can switch networks, but it forces a full reset. Doesn’t happen often, but something to know. This thing is sleek—thinner than two credit cards, but noticeably solid. It’s IPX6 splash-resistant and built to take some abuse, though leather-wearing types may need to be cautious.Rechargeable battery lasts up to 18 months per charge. No swapping coin cells. Just slap on the magnetic charger and go.Triggers a loud ringtone when needed, and the LEDs pulse to help you find it in the dark. Loud enough to hear through pockets or purses.Tracking works fine, but it’s only as good as the network you're on. Apple’s crowd network is rock-solid; Google’s has improved, but still stumbles in less busy areas.

Works as advertised
I bought this tracker for two upcoming hiking trips in the Switzerland, France, and Spain. For the Spanish hike (Camino), I am bringing one small bag the will be forwarded from one accommodation to another, so I want to track progress of the bag transfer. We did a similar hike in 2024 (Portuguese Camino) and used Apple Air Tags and tracked it with my wife's iPhone (I have an Android). I'm glad we did because on one occasion the transfer company sent our bag to the wrong place with a similar sounding name. We were able to track our bag down and get it back. I want to be able to do the same with my Android as added insurance.I found these Android based trackers to be very easy to set up on my Samsung S24 phone, much easier than expected. So far, I've done two experiments to evaluate their usefulness. In the first experiment, I place one of my two trackers in our car while my wife drove it away to a small town about 15 miles from our house. It took about 2 hours for the device to update on my hone, but it eventually and accurately found it.For the second experiment, I kept one of the trackers in our car and placed the other into my backpack while we hiked about 6 miles into a very remote area. This time it performed much better and quickly/accurately found both the car and my backpack throughout the hike, updating frequently as I checked.I should point out the both the Air Tags and these Android equivalents rely on other devices on the same network to track and locate your tracker. With both devices, the nearby phones need to have tracking (e.g., find my device) enabled for this to work. With iPhones the default to have this function enabled and you need to opt out if you don't want it. With Androids, it is my understanding that the default is to have this function off and you need to opt in to enable it. That is why people tend to have more success with Air Tags. Never the less, I like having the option of both my wife and I being able to track our bags on both networks. This is particularly important in rural locations where there are fewer phones to help with the tracking.OVERALL, the tracker performed well and I really like the option of tracking on two different networks and for this tracker to be rechargable.

Completely does not work
This device is okay It has green and blue lights. These are the only colors though. These lights either stay on or stay flashing or sometimes go on for a little while and then go out. Also, it makes sounds too. Not really my cup of tea but some people might like them. So if this is what you want it for, Led lights that flash or stay on and and some musical notes then I would give it 4 stars. They could offer this with more colors for the lights. more flashing patterns and maybe more notes for the sounds, maybe a song. I would have given this a three rating however it comes with a key chain ring!!! So one could, conceivably, put it on their key chain! That is about all it is good for. Followed the instructions. However there are about 20 different instructions out there. I could not get this thing to connect. So simple right? press the button twice, flashing blue light, nothing. Flashing blue light keeps going - pairing and will not stop until the battery runs out or you reset. I Reset the devise by pressing three times then press again for about 10 seconds yes, "about". it will beep three times and you have to release the during the third beep. Need to return. I actually have never bought a device completely useless out of the box. This device is okay! It has green and blue lights. These are the only colors though. Slim, loud & works with native Android "Find Hub" app. Can't share with iOS without Pebblebee app
If always seem to be misplacing your wallet and use an Android (or iOS) phone, this slim wallet tracker is what you need. It's about as thick as two credit cards put together and easily fits into a credit card slot. It's pretty loud and lights up when activated. It easily paired with my Google Pixel via Bluetooth. I can't speak to the18 month battery life, but having the ability to recharge it anytime between then is pretty awesome. It's made of thin hard plastic, a bit stiff, and should hold up over time, but could be bent if you tried hard enough. It works with the native Android/Google "Find hub" app and will display / track it's location, but it can a bit finicky. For instance, after I trigger the sound, I can't seem to disable it. The sound and LED lights turn off after a few minutes, but yeah, finicky, and why I only gave it 4 stars. At least I'm able to find my wallet if I misplace it.One last (minor) thing if sharing between Android and iOS - I shared it with a friend who uses an iPhone, but could not use the iOS native app. They needed to download the Pebblebee app. to track it. It seems once you use it through Google's "Find Hub" (native app), it disables Apple Find My network functionality or vice versa. If needed, tracker itself can be reset too.
