Great customization!
This is one of those things you never think you need until you have it then can’t imagine not having it! I still feel like there’s so many uses for it that I haven’t even tapped in to but I personally use this for streaming and video editing. It’s very user friendly and customizable, whether you’re super tech savvy or a beginner it’s pretty easy to use and the Bluetooth connectivity is seamless. The buttons are responsive and overall a great value and great quality. I would definitely love some more color options in the future for different aesthetics but overall pretty cool piece of hardware

Fantastic for Premiere Pro, Excel, and other general use.
The Creative Console is a fantastic device. I have to scrub through 6+ hours of footage after each wedding event, and this device really helps me do that with precision. The customization is vast, and between creating quick keys on the deck, and scrubbing with the scroll wheel, it definitely helps to speed up my workflow with Premiere Pro. Also, it has come in handy several times with Excel as well. Lastly, I have created scripts with Script Editor, turn them into applications, and then I can make that a button on the deck. So really, possibilities are endless with this product.

Dial/scroller are NOT notched and WAY too sensitive.
Great quality product with TONs of customizability. For context, I use a wide swath of adobe products - Illustrator, PS, ID, LR, AE, etc. as well as Figma and am constantly creating presentations in G Slides, Keynote, Powerpoint, you name it. I SWEAR by logi's mx master 2. I don't think ill ever be able to move off of it. More buttons/dials = getting to skip past pesky drop down menus and even un-ergonomic key binds to make the creative go brrr. I think the logi+ app is great, and im really excited to have added an ai/chatgpt prompt button to my mouse to help rewrite things. With that said—the fatal flaw of this product (as is) is pretty much all in the ergonomics of the massive dial—and it is too big for how wildly sensitive it is. For NOT having "notches" to make adjustments incrementally (like the mx master 2 has in it's scroll wheel), if you try to adjust your system volume, you will instantly mute your music or be playing it FULL BLAST. The vertical scroll wheel, which would be SUPER handy for, say, zooming in and out of web pages in 10% increments, also suffers from a lack of notches and crazy sensitivity. Yes, I have tried adjusting the sensitivity setting down to 0% and that seems to make 0 difference.I'm going to hold on to this product for now because I think the keypad is absolutely elite (it's very snappy and tactile and I love the multiple pages you can have for just one app) but i am going to be waiting for an update to the dial with bated breath. At least come out with a software update so we can better tune the dial sensitivity. It's practically unusable imo.If they just made the dial a little smaller, gave it and the vert scroller some satisfying, tight "notches" for more controlled incremental adjustments (the ability to SWITCH between wheel modes like the mx master two maybe???), and also gave them a button press "in" — this thing would be worth $500 to me lol. But hey that's just me, an adhd creative professional

Great, if you routinely use it.
I like this product, but had I not offset the price with 3 months free of Adobe Creative Cloud, I'd like it a lot less for the price. It's a very nice product, well-made and well-designed. It is very versatile in its programmability. The software is very easy to use. I primarily use Illustrator and Photoshop and haven't had any hiccups in customizing them to my needs. I've had this for a few weeks now, and I constantly forget to turn off the console dial, but the battery level still reads 100%, so you know that it is efficient in power consumption. There are a couple of things I wish they had done differently, and both have to do with the dial console. While it is nice that it is Bluetooth, you can pair it to a laptop/mobile, I actually wish it had the option of a cord for using with my desktop. The dial console will go to sleep when not in use, conserving battery energy; however, it is a little slow to wake up at times. If you are trying to turn down the volume because someone is speaking to you, it's going to be a few seconds before it wakes up and engages. An issue with Windows is that every once in a while, my Bluetooth dongle will stop engaging, so I have to unplug it and plug it back in. While that is an issue with Windows, I'd prefer to bypass that by having the ability to plug this in.The green light indicator sits above the dial and you cannot see it because of the dial when you have the console sitting away from you. While it isn't integral, the light should be moved to a position below the dial. It is helpful to see if it is on and like I previously mentioned, I sometimes forget to turn it off so an indicator is a good reminder of that.Minor complaints aside, I'm happy to have this, but I don't use it as much as I'd like. I'm sure this will help to improve some people's workflow. I find myself using the hotkeys/combinations unconsciously more often than not, and if that is you, you might not need this device. You'd have to determine if it is worth the $200 price tag, though, if you are an Adobe Creative Suite subscriber, this will mostly pay for itself.
