I Want Fabric FIRE Retardant Polyester Dacron Filling Wadding Quilting Batting Upholstery - 54" Width - 6OZ

The description is unclear about the length you will receive - it only states the width. After reading previous comments and questions I assumed I would get one metre if I ordered a quantity of one length. However, I only received a piece length measuring 35" (90cm). The width was correct ie 27" as per the description. The length I received is just enough for my purpose but others may wish to take this possible shortfall into consideration when ordering and order more than enough for your needs.

I received this product today and am delighted. It was adequately packaged, rolled and covered in some sort of plastic. I'm really new to quilting, in fact, this is my first baby quilt (any quilt actually) and I'm thrilled. I ordered the 54" x 4oz filling and my non-industrial sewing machine just about coped using a walking foot (again first time use). I can only say I'm thrilled with it. Of course, once I had it at home my waiting pieces had to be put together pronto so, I've spent all day layering and binding etc., what would I do without the internet. Anyway, the filling in my opinion is perfect for what I wanted, in actual fact I did think that I could have used a lighter weight, but that was my inexperience coming through. I ordered x2 which gave me 2 metres in length of the 54" width. They were generous in the measure they sent me - thank you. I would definitely recommend this company in as far as quality etc. As a novice I can find no fault and will definitely be ordering from them in the future - thank you, thank you, thank you

very good speedy delivery but disappointed with quality. For 4oz its very thin. Also maybe I did not read info properly its only 27" length! I had to go to a shop to buy the quality and size I needed.

This is a good product and ideal for what I wanted. I made a lap quilt but didnt want it to be too heavy/warm or too light for the cooler months. This is perfect. I purchased the 4oz and it feels quite light and not at all bulky but it has a lovely warmth to it. Very pleased with my purchase.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I expected it to have a higher density, instead it was light and flimsy and insubstantial. Not useful for upholstery and did not wort the money.

I do a lot of upholstery work so this fire retardant wadding is great it is also easy to work with.

I used this product as a fish pond filter, it worked extremely well

Much thinner & smaller than expected. Purchased twice as much for half the price in The Range. Tried to cancel but seller said already dispatched then an hour later I was notified it had been despatched!
