Works great for our 12 yr old boy
Let me start out by saying that we are so grateful that we found this awesome shampoo and conditioner set that actually works to get rid of our son's dandruff. I know everyone's skin is different but we thought we would try this out to see if it could help. We went in with the expectation that it could take a few weeks to see results. But after one use (following the directions of leaving it on his head for a few minutes before rinsing) we were greatly surprised to see not only had it fully cleared up any dandruff but he said his scalp doesn't itch any longer either. He likes the smell as well. He is almost 12 years old and we know it's pretty common in boys his age especially with puberty on the horizon. If you are on the fence, just try it. The first set we received arrived cracked and leaking everywhere. We contacted the seller and they instantly sent us a new set for free.

Take it from a skeptic--this really works
It's been a couple of months of use, but I must say, it really works! I bought it as a last ditch effort, as I was fighting a really bad outbreak of folliculitis along my neck line, as well as various places on my scalp. I've attributed to the use of my CPAP mask, as it was occurring where the strap was touching. The dermatologist prescribed a couple of different topical medications, but none of them worked. I also have naturally oily skin. I'd be the first to say that I don't particularly believe that any of the "natural" ingredients that are in this product really does anything--there is no real scientific research that proves any of them are effective for anything, a bunch of hooey for "crunchy" people looking for "natural" solutions. But there is an ingredient in this product that provides real relief and effective treatment. The product image here showing the ingredients do not match what is actually listed on the bottle. See my attached photo. The primary ingredients are basically water, soap, salt, citric acid, menthol and SALICYLIC ACID, something conveniently left out of their photo. And guess what that is--it's used for treating and preventing acne along with other skin conditions, like warts, psoriasis, calluses and corns. It's a mild exfoliant that breaks down a thin layer of skin and germs that live on and in that layer. This is real science, not a bunch of natural extracts that does who knows what, if anything. But, hey, this works in our favor for a change! But not everything has to be about science and efficacy. The other ingredients may have other benefits. The menthol is certainly really nice, providing a wonderful cooling effect and relief from hot, itchy scalp. It's tingly, and I love it. The scent of the shampoo is great--it's mild and not unpleasant, nothing overpoweringly fake, no strong artificial smelling perfumes added--a very gender-neutral scent. It may seem expensive for what looks like a small bottle, but a little goes a long way. Because it doesn't have a ton of fillers like most store-bought shampoos, I find that you only need a small amount to produce the same amount of lather. The key is to massage it onto your scalp, not just wash your hair with it. And once your condition clears up, I find that I only need to use it every other day, or even every two or three days. In two months, I'm not even halfway through the bottle. I hope this was helpful. Give it a shot!

GOODBYE PAINFUL SCALP BUMPS!!!
All my life, I have had this reoccurring issue of painful, itchy, puss filled bumps on my scalp. It started getting so bad that I couldn't even do the simplest of things like brush or move my hair without having pain or bleeding from my scalp. I knew it was time that I had to try something or otherwise I wouldn't be able to grow out my hair to a long dream length (because I was having A LOT of hair fall and blocked hair follicles). I went to my not-so-nice dermatologist and he didn't even look at my scalp, just told me it sounded like dermatitis and prescribed me Ketoconazole shampoo... Seriously, I have the holy grail of oily hair and this stuff STILL dried out my hair so much and made it very frizzy and crusty! AND IT STILL DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! So again it was time for something new. I wasn't really sure what I had, so I suppose I was self diagnosing myself, but I swear to you every single symptom and photo pointed to Folliculitis. Alas, I turned to my tried and true, Amazon. Within the first search this shampoo came up and it was the only one with the best reviews, so of course I had to try it after reading multiple positive testimonies. I give my solid truth on everything when I say THIS STUFF WORKS!!! After the first wash my hair was SO SOFT and smelled like a baby!! Instantly my itchiness went away. After keeping a routine of washing my hair 3-4 times in one week, almost all my bumps went away! Continuing the second week, BUMPS BEGONE! So here what I did, I started off washing my hair for 4 days out of the first week. I double cleansed each time (look up the benefits of double cleansing for the scalp). The second week I washed my hair 2 times out of the week. I highly suggest using this shampoo with a good scalp brush for washing and possibly a build-up shampoo. I usually use the OUAI detox shampoo first and then finish off with this shampoo second. Thus the meaning of a double cleanse. Fast forward almost a year later, I have managed to grow out my hair to a wonderful length in a very healthy state with little to no hair fall! This is my third bottle so far since this shampoo lathers so easily and goes a long way! I promise you won't be disappointed by this! PHARMBANNER please don't ever stop making this stuff or change the formula!!!!

Definitely helped calm my scalp down and made my hair super soft. I like the way it smells fresh like tea tree and cucumber.

This shampoo has worked quite well, since we had tried with many different products and nothing worked and I found this one and it has solved my hair psoriasis problem by reducing my itching and hair acne outbreak It really worked for me

Has reduced my flaky dry scalp by a lot, maybe 80%. Better results than any other shampoo I've tried so far, and I can just keep using it, so it's not one of those shampoo's that you use for a few weeks and hope the eczema/flakiness goes away before the end.

Works great for my dog that gets a bad case of skin irritant due to allergies etc.. I have tried many shampoos that never worked. Make sure to keep up on your dog's baths for a couple weeks to get it under control. Removes smell, and clears up skin.

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo because I was at my wit's end. Three months ago, after a trip to the hair salon, I developed a scalp issue from the Colourist constantly rubbing the back of my head with her thumb, checking whether or not the dye was dry. It set off a contact dermatitis situation, which became more & more red & flaky and itchy the more I scratched at it. Then, it became inflamed and weepy. Horrible. I used all sorts of creams, E45, T-gel, Vosene, and even Dettol. I bought this shampoo after reading the reviews and because it said words like Seborrheic Dermatitis & Folliculitis, which I had been reading up on. I washed my hair every day for a week, and it felt great. After just the second wash, I could feel relief from the itching. It's now 2 weeks later, and my problem has gone - all cleared up. It's a lovely conditioner for my long hair & leaves it detangled. It smells fab. It's a little pricey if you think of it just as a conditioner, but it's well worth the money if you see it more like a medical treatment.
