Is there a recipe on the bag for pizza crust in English? Or can you share one you use with this flour?

Yes - that is what I follow. You will need a food scale. Also, I add a generous pinch of sugar to the yeast. To make the pizza, suggest pressing the dough between two sheets of oiled parchment paper. Then par-bake using only the bottom sheet. Add toppings and finish in oven. I make a half bag of flour at a time. Enough for one med-large pizza. Reheats well in 200-250F oven if you have leftovers (let it come to room temp before putting in oven).

Is this flour certified kosher?

If something is certified Kosher it usually has a Star of David on the package somewhere. I have never noticed one on their package that I buy. You might contact their company and ask. Good question!

The ingredients say "flavoring". Do you know what the flavoring is? I have food allergies I need to be concerned for.

It wouldn't be malt because then it wouldn't be gluten free. This flour is ok for those with celiac due to being gluten free but not ok for those with wheat allergy due to the gluten free wheat starch that is added.

Is this corn free? Some salt and sugar are derived from corn or use dextrose as anti caking? Also some natural flavors etc can be corn?

No, it does not. If you are concerned about it then don't purchase it.
