I purchased to replace an older model from a fire, and I gotta say, it's brighter, and has more animations. It also has its own mic, can't wait to get out this apartment, and rock this thing out.

I love how you can create so many different color scenes and also changes the brightness from 1% to 100%. You definitely get your value for your money and it looks very nice. The size fits well on my nightstand.

So I've been a bit of a Hue snob for the past decade but I'm very impressed with this and other Govee devices that I've been using recently. This has great color, lots of modes (including a microphone for music sync), works with the app, and integrates to Google Home. I don't believe it works with Apple Homekit (thought it does support Matter), but I much prefer Google Home over Apple Home anyway.

The RGBIC LEDs really make a difference. The lamp has the perfect amount of brightness and diffusion, and is controllable via the Govee app.

The dimmable feature is perfect for using it as a night light, and the color-changing options add a fun, personalized touch to my space.The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly on my bedside table without taking up too much room. My only minor gripe is that it’s corded, so you have to be mindful of outlet placement, but it’s a small trade-off for how well it performs.Overall, this lamp is a fantastic addition to any room. It’s functional, stylish, and adds a lot of personality to my home. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a smart, customizable lighting solution!

I'm a "do not turn on the big light ever" kind of person, and I'm also in my smart home era, so these seemed perfect for me. However, there are some pros and cons to these lamps that I figured I'd share.- Aesthetics: 10/10, ultra maximum vibes, whether it's the fake candle setting or something more colorful- Smart home support: 10/10, was able to easily set up with HomeKit thanks to the Matter support- Touch controls: 6/10, compared to the Hatch light we have, the touch controls on this thing are tricky, especially if you're trying to turn the light on the middle of the night- Using as an actual lamp: 5/10, while it's incredibly bright, it doesn't quite diffuse the light like a lamp with a lampshadeOverall, if you're looking for a cool smart light that's colorful, fun, and great for your smart home, get this! If you need it to really light up a room, know that's it's not going to have the same effect as a more standard lamp.

Awesome little lights to have in a ton of different areas. Highly recommend the entire Govee ecosystem, but this is much nicer than I was expecting for the price.

We are a Govee household so when we needed new lamps for our bedside tables it just made sense to look for a Govee light. We love these little lights. Our old lights were traditional lamps with smart lightbulbs which were great, but they took up so much space. These little lights are compact, but bright enough to be useful for office or bedroom needs.The illumination feature and the work setting is bright enough that I can read in our dark bedroom in the evening. We do prefer the scene settings, however, with the fireplace or snow flake.The app does take time to get used to, but there are tutorials available on YouTube that are well worth the effort of watching, especially if you own other Govee lights. The app also has scenes for reacting to music and even gives you the ability to create your very own scenes (we are not that clever in our house!)I do like that these lights work with Alexa so we can easily tell our Amazon friend to turn the lights on and off if we simply cannot bring ourselves to get up. There is also a timer feature for going to bed and waking up which we do not use, but I'm sure would be nice for kids to signal to them when it is time to get up from a nap or get up in the morning.The light itself has controls on the top, which we did not think we would use, but they are incredibly handy and easy to tap.
