Earth and Moon Grounding Continuity Tester for Earthing Products - Easy to Use Mat Tester With Green Light & Cord - Test Cord, Mat & Sheets

I purchased the item from Amazon, however, I could not get it to work. I contacted the manufacturer Earth & Moon customer service (William) and he emailed me back immediately. Apparently I was reading the directions incorrectly and didn't realize that the adapter was missing from the box, as I did not know I needed it. After emailing back & forth, William solved the problem and sent an adapter out to me right away. He followed up with additional emails. I was following the tracking info and it stated that it was delivered, however, it was not in my mailbox. Apparently, our regular mail person was on vacation and the fill-in person put it in the wrong box, which I did not find out until a couple days later, when our doorman brought it up to me. William was all set to send me another one right away, but I caught him in time and told him I received it. After that, the tester worked fine and now I know my grounding mat is working. William was extremely helpful and he truly cares about his customers. He was available for all questions I had (and I had many as I am old & not technically inclined), and would always email me back right away, no matter what time of day it was. I have never received customer service like this, be confident that if you have an issue with an item, they are there to help you!!

If you have any grounding products such as sheets, pillow case, or mat, having one of these is essential to monitor the grounding contact. Easy to use. Just plug it into a secondary ground plug and touch the grounding product you are using. If it lights up, your grounding product is working. I had a different tester that wasn't as easy. This is great.

The product seemed to work, I got a green light, but then I disconnected my grounding mat from the outlet and the green light continued to be on! So the mat is always detected as "grounded" even if it's not!

I really liked this product! It only took less than a minute to set it up and to ensure that my grounding mat is working as expected (to which it was!). I think this product is so interesting and I really like how it makes sure that your grounding mat works as it should and that you're not just wasting your time. It definitely does give a peace of mind. I also like how it's light weight and can be used anywhere. I love how it runs on batteries instead of being plugged into the wall because it makes it so convenient and portable to take anywhere! I would definitely recommend this product!
