Got the product within stipulated time.expiray date is appropriate.when I take full tablet I have heartburn and acidity. So i split the tablet in half and take one half in the morning and one half in the evening with no issues.

I received the product before the promised delivery date.Only con for which I am highly disappointed is the DATE OF EXPIRY is 2017 (500 tablets). The product page on Amazon has listed the seller's name as 'Stay Home & Stay Safe'. I purchased the product on 23rd June, the invoice that came with the product has listed the seller's name as 'HUSENI SAIFUDDIN ADIL' and the bottle itself has the name of the seller as 'Cougar International'. Yes! you read the name right.I am wondering who is the seller and whether the the product is genuine or not?I wonder why Amazon does not do a basic check on the seller before they allow them to be listed

A good product will keep you active whole day and boosts your immunity.As the no of tablet is 500 in number therefore they should have sent the product with atleast 2 years shell life. In my case it gets expired before I could finish it, the seller must provide manufacturing and expire date with the product

Pro:Nutritional label is best so far which is available in Indian market.Getting good results as per my expectations.Con: bottle is not handy, can't Cary in pocket.1 year expriy date but number of tablets are 500 daily recommendation is one tablet which means remaining 135 goes waste or need to give it someone.

Update 25.07.2020: I took one of these pills today on an empty stomach and felt "them cooking off" in the stomach as such as I had a slighthly bad feeling and spat a few times out. This is not an issue as it indicates they have potency. Just dont take these on an completely empty stomach. This is normal and other US brands of Multivitamin & Multimineral pills do that as well. However these are milder on the stomach as other brands. I recommend these as the best quality and best deal for pill count and vitamin & mineral ingredients.Main Review:I just received this and I am happy. Arrived fine and no signs of alteration of the seal and the pills look fresh as well.If it contains what it says and on that we have to trust USP for this, then this Costco brand is the best deal for the money. The "expiry" date is 03/2022. It says literally on the bottle that "freshness and potency" is guaranteed through that period and till that date, meaning the very same and that is NOT an expiry date. Specially in pill form an Multimineral will basically never expire since minerals outlive the human person and Multivitamins in pill form will be at least good for taking in for about 10 years after the "freshness and potency" guarantee date. Many information on YouTube and webpages of reputable medics confirm that. However I have seen already other brands of Multivitamins turn bad looking after 9 years past the expiry date. So Vitamins in tablet form do turn bad but only if they visibly look bad, accumulate mold or become sticky, or smell and taste bad. This is not so much the case with Mineral caplets since they could eventually taken in safely as well after 100 years after manufacturing date. However with Vitamins they loose potency the day after they are manufactured as such that 5 years after the "expiry date" they could have lost about 20% of their potency - which isnt to bad overall.So dont worry to much about expiry date on these Multivitamin & Multiminerals.These taste great and are basically tasteless, smell very fresh and dont upset your stomach even when taken in on an empty stomach. I have had other US brands of similar Multivitamins & Multiminerals who give you an bad feeling and wanna make you throw up if intaken on an empty stomach - these are very gentle on the stomach. The pills are not very big but normal size so dont worry about these getting stuck in your throath - some Multimineral pills are monstrously big and "you feel 'em downthrottling your throath slowly and painfully", which these do not. Swallowing these Kirklanders down is a real pleasure since they seem to be coated.Overall an awesome product. Buy with confidence. This is most likely the best deal for supplements per pill count. Most economic and most quality product from all offers on amazon I guess. And it has the common variety of Vitamins and Minerals in for the average person. I take one or two pills per week.You will not be disappointed.Support Costco Wholesale by buying their products since you get the most bang for your hard earned money.

Just finished my first bottle of 500. Oh, are these excellent! If you can get past the horse pill size(high quality CAN'T be compressed), and the "vitamin" taste. This brand is FANTASTIC! I can see why mom's want that gold seal quality! I'm in!Just have a budget, as your nails, hair, bones, muscle, and teeth health will EXPLODE!!! I combine mine with a high end tri-iodine supplement for DNA health-BAM!I'm getting two more bottles to get me through 2025 (daily). These will be worth more than platinum in a supply chain disruption scenario.I gave three stars for flavor and ease of swallowing because I'M THE WIMP! Not everyone else! :)

Update:I have seen many people complaining about things like, they do not last 2 years, and about discoloration. Here is a few things that I have seen from my experience with these. First, we have multiple people in my house that take these, a bottle lasts us less then a year. Knowing this, we have bought quite a few bottle of these over the years. My last bottle was bought this month, January of 2017 by "Shop Easy". Every bottle that I have bought has had less then 2 years of a use by date on them. I have averaged anywhere from about 1 1/2 years up to just under 2 years. The bottle I just bought has an use by date of October 2018, which is 1 year, 10 months.As for the use by date.. Do not be afraid to use them after the use by date because they are still safe to use. What the use by date is, is a date that they have to "guarantee" that the potency on the label is still up to those standards, by the time that the use by date expires. Since different vitamins loose their potency at different rates over time, all this means is, if you were still using them 1 month after the use by date, that you may still get the full labeled amounts of some vitamins, but others may only be 95% of the labeled amounts. But, they will still work, and they are not going to be harmful in any way to still use. They do not grow mold or go sour like a bottle of milk will (as long as they are stored properly).As for the discoloration that people have talked about. I have found that if these get wet, they will start to discolor like what you see on some peoples posts. This is caused by the vitamins getting wet in some way.. Getting wet could mean from water slashing, but could also be due to excessive moisture. My opinion is, store these in an area that is not going to be very humid.. do not store them in the kitchen, around sinks, etc. If you really want to be safe, and you think that they may be exposed to too much humid, try splitting them up into smaller bottles that have more of an air tight lid, this way you limit the number of pills exposed to the high moisture, if there is nothing you can do about it. I have kept mine stored in the dining room, away from all humidity, and I have never had a problem with mine turning colors while in the bottle, but I have seen then turn colors after they get wet.The last bit of advise.. Make sure that you have something to wash them down with, immediately after you put them in your mouth. These do not taste very good.. They are not gag type of bad tasting, but definitely not good either.. In my opinion, think of it like getting a mouth full of dirt. I would actually put it on the lines of getting some brake fluid in my mouth.. That kind of bad taste. Something that is not horrible, but you wish you did not taste. These pills have no coating to delay them from dissolving, so they start to dissolve very fast. Because of this, you will want to wash them down fast after taking them.Original Review:they are a good product. One thing I liked about them is that they have more phosphorus in them then most multi vitamins. The one bad thing that I have found about this brand is that they do not taste very good. If you take them and then eat something small, then you are fine. Most mulit vitamins that I have tried you can take with just some water and you never taste anything, and there is no after taste. These do if you eat nothing with them. Other then that, I have no complaints.

This is the best daily complete multi vitamin I have found, and also the bottle is huge! It might last two years! (This also happens to be the expiration date lol). I have a very bad diet but let's face it ... everybody has a very bad diet so let's all take these multi vitamins. Be cause all of our food contains the GMO and other nutrition depriving. Good health is very important. While others might have some form of addiction to substance abuse, or are just eating fattening foods. I want to live as long as possible. I want to live like the Japanese. Now that you know why I take multi vitamin, I will share my experience of finding a multi vitamin. My first bottle of multi vitamin, I do not remember the brand, but it had very few vitamins. Then I found the Centrum, which is very confusing. They have numerous variety of multi vitamin and I just could not find the correct one. Now to compare Kirkland (I am familiar with this brand, be cause I have a huge bottle of Vitamin C from Kirkland) Kirkland has numerous multi vitamin. They are the exact same as Centrum except that Kirkland contains more vitamin. Centrum contains 60 mg of Vitamin C 100 % ... This Kirkland Daily Multi contains 90 mg Vitamin C 150 % ... ...Centrum Folic Acid 400 mcg 100 % ... Kirkland Folate (Folic Acid) 500 mcg 125 % ... ... Centrum Phosphorus 20 mg 2 % ... Kirkland Phosphorus 109 mg 11 % ... ... Centrum Magnesium 50 mg 13 % ... Kirkland Magnesium 100 mg 25 % ... ... Centrum Copper 0.5 mg 25 % ... Kirkland Copper 0.9 mg 45 % ... ... ... ... Also Centrum Boron 75 mcg ... Kirkland Boron 150 mcg ... ... ... ... Also Kirkland contains Lycopene 300 mcg ... ... Lutein (Flower) 250 mcg These were not available from the bottle of Centrum, but perhaps Centrum offers it in a different bottle. On the other hand, Centrum has Centrum Tin 10 mcg but Kirkland contains no tin. To compare with the bottle of multi vitamins, Centrum contains 26 DV vitamins, and 5 non DV vitamins, a total of 31 vitamins. Kirkland contains 26 DV vitamins, and 6 non DV vitamins, a total of 32 vitamins. Kirkland contains higher percentage amount of 6 vitamins. Kirkland contained two vitamins that Centrum did not contain, while Centrum contains 1 vitamin that Kirkland does not contain. So if you are concerned that Kirkland contains plenty of vitamins, it does.
