Q: When installing this mount, should i use blue loctite? And if so, should i use it only on the base screws or the cap screws also?

Blue Loctite is one of the weaker fastener retainer and should be what you want. The base screws would be where I would use it first until I was sure that the scope is aligned where you want it. Enjoy your mount. Terry L has the plan to use.

Q: will this have clearance with a 2-7x32 scope with front ao on gamo?

It clearly mentions up to 40mm tube!

Q: with having a break barrel will this mount keep my scope zero?

This is a very sturdy mount. If you keep the screws tightened I would think that the scope would stay zeroed in. I have not had any problem with it on my .22 air rifle.
