Really liking this dihydro berberine supplement so far. The capsules are a nice, manageable size and easy to swallow (I can comfortably take two at once). When I take it in the morning, I notice I don’t feel as hungry or snacky throughout the day. Compared with other plain berberine products I’ve tried, I especially like that this formula includes milk thistle and Ceylon cinnamon—both ingredients I personally look for for general liver support on top of the usual blood-sugar/GLP-1 benefits people take berberine for. Overall, it feels like a well-thought-out combo and I have already repurchased. Important to note I have not felt any side effects nor it has affected my sleep quality! They are bit on the steep side, but I think they are definitely worth the value!

Nice combination of cinnamon and berberine... I use it as one of the supplements I take to assist with BP... I think it helps some... but hard to tell

This product worked a little too well. Had to stop taking it after only 3 weeks. Would take one pill at breakfast, and 1 at lunch. (Taking both in the morning left me shakey.) After switching the dosing regiment i noticed i didnt get that shakey feeling anymore. Problems started about two weeks after begining the supplement. I started having frequent and uncontrollable nose bleeds. Apparently berberine and cinnamon are also natural blood thinners. (Dr's explination) Also my aggression was heightened. It wasnt until my boss brought it to my attention that i started to closley monitor my blood sugar levels after consuming this supplement. My blood sugar would drop and remain in the 60s for hours. (Probably due to the seperate dosing) i was considering dropping it down to half dose but honestly with the constant nose bleeds and the sugar crashes i wasnt willing to keep experimenting. The bottle says consult your PCP before taking and i strongly endorse that statement. Especially if you are already taking sugar control or blood thinning medicines. I gave a 5 star because it did exactly what it said it would, just did it a little too well for me.

Ozempic/GLP-1 and newer GLP-3 clinical trial medicines help you control hunger while fasting and working out, and that's how people lose weight while on them.. Somehow Dihydroberberine and the other forms of Berberine got the reputation of boosting stored fat burning passively, and I can tell that's why a lot of this stuff is selling. There are no clinical trials or public data to back it up, and the stuff has been around a while. You can buy regular Berberine dirt cheap in most drug stores..
