Tasty but you’ll have to drink it in the bathroom
Tastes delicious when mixed with water. I did half the tube in 16oz and was very pleased. However—I’ve had pretty intense diarrhea after just one tube. Beware!Edited to add: the PDCAAS score is 4 out of 100 for the propriety blend and is not recommended for bariatric surgery patients.

Perfect for increasing your protein intake, sometimes I take up 2 a day, great flavors, I mix in with my morning smoothies.

Amount of protein
I had the Gastric Bypass and found i needed over 80gms of protein a day. This is a great way to get your needed daily levels of protein with very little fluid.
