I was excited to try these products on my rugs at home as the pads I'm using underneath my rugs don't seem to keep my rugs in place. They did seem to work at first but then my rug started moving on one side and not the other so the rug would just get all bunched up. The sticky grippers seemed to stick to my floor but not to my rug. Then when I tried removing the grippers from my hardwood floor they were difficult to get off and it left a sticky film behind. I wasn't as happy about the product as I thought I would be. Maybe they would work on another type of floor surface or with a different rug but they didn't work for me.

I have to admit that I was really worried about using these rug grips on my hardwood floor but I was tired of the corner sticking up on the rug and tripping everyone so I had to try. When I peeled off the backing from one side, it was super sticky and stayed stuck onto the back of the rug securely. When I peeled off the other side, it was just as sticky. I reluctantly stuck it on to my hardwood floor. To my delight, it stuck tight onto the floor but peeled off easy. I waited a few days after it had been walked on regularly and re-checked. It peels right off without leaving any residue or damaging my floor. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Read the other reviews, wasn't sure if they would work for me or not. They adhere nicely to my wood floors, so far no residue. However, they don't adhere as well to my high-quality "Oriental" hand-knotted rugs. Not too noticeable under the rug. If they stuck better to my rugs, would be 5 stars. Definitely a good value compared to other products, suspect they might work better with other types of rugs.Update- I left them on for an extra couple days to see if some foot traffic would help the stickers adhere to the rug. That was not the case. Also, 2 of the 4 stickers did pull up some of the varnish, and they all left a residue that was relatively easy to just rub off but annoying.

These did NOT stop my bathroom rug from slipping on my hardwood floor. Not sure about the corners staying down, since my rug didn't have that issue to begin with, but sadly, had to return this one and go for something with a better grip!

I have three kids and this lasted for about a week before it didn’t stick at all. Now I am back to square one and searching for something that will actually keep it down.

I used one set on my bathroom rug, which worked great on the tile floor to keep it from slipping around. But I also have a rug in front of our dog door, trying to save our carpet, and it never stays in place as the dogs come in and out. So I used the other set there and it is staying put too. Problem solved!

I feel like this household goes through rug grippers like nobody's business. These are perfect for my needs and they were easy to apply and held quite well. This comes with 8 pieces, I used 4 on each rug in my bathroom! Now no more slipping on rugs in my dang bathroom!!

They adhere well to the floor but not to the rug. They did keep the rug in place overall- however you cannot take them off and then readhere easily (for example if you wanted to reposition as you are applying them)- so make sure that you are precise when you adhere them
