Purchased drill set for model kit building. A lot of small drill bits at a great price. The bits are well machined, straight, and sturdy. Using a small non-powered hand drill, I used a couple of the small bits to easily drill holes through styrene plastic without damaging the bits. The drilled holes were clean and precise. I have broken bits in the past and I purchased this drill set to have spares, and so far, the drill set quality has exceeded my expectations. I am happy with my purchase.

If you are looking for precise drills, each drill bit is +/-0.05mm from what it should be. Just as others have stated, I only received half the sizes stated. The box was broken when it arrived, with all the drill bits scattered inside the plastic envelope. Nothing negative about the seller(s) of this product. The product itself is not accurate to its description.

A great set of drill bits that bridges the gap between my tiny hobby drills and a normal drill index. They are all metric, which is not a problem, but a decimal equivalent chart would e useful.

IT HAS BEEN QUITE SOME TIME SINCE I BOUGHT THESE BITS AND I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY AREN'T VERY GOOD. MOST OF THEM WERE DULL, NOT VERY SHARP.

Was pestered for a review. Lost a star for that. Works great for what i need but no wow factor as they are drill bits and i have not big test for them

Absolutely bloody brilliant. Every shed should have at least one box. Very, very happy chappy. sharp, precise and a real bargain and when it says 1.2mm it means 1.2mm not 1.23mm or 1.28mm. Drill Bit Nivana

Great product but sealing the drills in with Scotch tape is a no no. The drills stick to the tape and the lighter four are the devil to remove. It also leaves a sticky residue on the casing. Otherwise a great buy for a model maker.

I gave it one star as the minimum seeing as the drills are simply not sharp. I suppose breaking it down, each drlll works out in pennies compared with around 70p for individual drills. I simply use them for opening out pre-drilled holes,. Bad purchase on my part and I do wonder why these cheapo quantity packs are manufactured....They take me back to post-war years when we were inundated by cheap goods from certain countries.

I have not used the drills as yet, but on the face of it they seem to be of very good value. Drills like these use to cost a fortune some years ago.

Haven’t used them yet but I second the review someone wrote about the sticky tape being all over the top of the tray. So after removing it the surface of the tray is so sticky it sticks to the lid when you close it so you can’t open the box without having to then pull the tray down from the lid. Risking them flying everywhere. Not very convenient. Part of the reason I chose this set was because the bits are in a container with each size marked. This is not a review of the box, however, so once I’ve used one or two I’ll update the review.
