Green Ribbon Matzo Meal Kosher for Passover 16 oz 2 Pack Total 32 OZ

When I could not find matzo meal in any of the markets in my area, I found this on Amazon. The price was excellent and so I ordered it. This is a finer and lighter ground matzo meal than what I was used to. It worked perfectly, in fact, better than any other I used. I used it to coat fish cakes that are precooked but need to be lightly fried to give the cakes a coating and as a filler for meat loaf. The mazto meal did not take over the taste of the cakes and did not dry out the meat. I was extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend this product and will not hesitate to buy more when I need to replenish my supply.

Wonderful product at a very fair price. I love matzo ball soup and these turned out delicious. Since moving from NYC to Tucson, matzo meal is not so easy to find. So happy to find it on Amazon and Prime delivery got it so me so quickly. My only suggestion would be to include a recipe, but of course it’s easy enough to find on line.

Matzo meal was a great find at a good price. The packaging does not handle the shipping well, but the matzo meal was great and the matzo ball soup was great!

The actual product was great, but the packaging job was awful so a quarter of the mix was lost as the boxes were crushed. And Amazon wouldn’t even let me make a complaint of it, much less give me any money back or replacement product.

The box came unsealed with matzah meal outside the box and a broken seal. I had to throw it out. Either very poorly packed or tampered with. Either way it was unusable

This product was great value. I made matzo ball soup and the matzos turned out light and fluffy. I will definitely use this product again and recommend to family and friends.

The taste of this product isn't up to the standards that I'm used to tasting, however the two boxes are a good value for the money. I just wish that the taste was better.

I really like this Matzo meal when making chicken & Matzo ball soup. The recipe is not on the box so I will post it here. 2 eggs mixed well with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then gently mix in 1/2 cup of Matzo meal until Matzo meal is thoroughly mixed in. Cover container and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then make small Matzoh balls and drop into boiling chicken soup one at a time. Once all the balls are floating cover and turn down heat to low. When making the balls be careful not to roll them too much. The more you roll them the tougher they’ll get. I like floaters and not sinkers, do this is how I make them.
