All my shoes are a size 7 or 71/2 so I ordered a 71/2 and they are a little on the short side and on my one food the part that goes between my goes hurts a little bit think that is from forcing my foot forward to keep my heel on the shoe other wise they are very comfortable straps are not tight on my foot at all
