GoodCookButter Dish, Clear

We make everything from scratch in our house- so we go through the butter. I really wanted to choose a marked butter dish so I can measure it out with one less thing to clean. This was really helpful for that.The only reason not giving 5 stars is because sometimes it's impossible to get off the top, especially without it touching the butter. Once you get the hang of it- there's less mess, but adding a little lift handle could go a long way for this design.

Nice butter dish. Does it's job well. The bottom is a plastic and the top is glass, which seems a little odd, but works well, is easy to clean AE and keep clean, plus fits in the refrigerator slot!

Good pretty dish for the price

In the listing the material is listed as glass. The lid is glass, but the base is plastic. I was very disappointed. I wanted something that could be placed on the table and look nice. Plastic never looks nice under any circumstance. Had I known that the base was plastic, I would not have ordered and paid over $10 for it.I am going to keep it and use it because I had already removed all the packaging from it before I discovered that the base was made of plastic. It will just be for storage in the Refridge.

One stick fits very well making it easy to put the cover on.

I only gave this a lower rating because it is very hard for me to pick up the glass lid. It keeps slipping in my hands. I love the material its made with .. just wish it had a handle on to lift the glass up.
