Just as good as the fitness balls at my gym, in fact even better as it has a really nice, soft texture. Easy to inflate, and seems strong and very good quality.

Bella e confortevole...mi piace. Come seduta consiglio la dimensione da 65 perché quella che ho ordinato (55) in rapporto alla altezza del tavolo, considerata la riduzione della dimensione una volta seduti, è al limite... meglio un po' più grande per chi come me vuole utilizzarla in ufficio. La schiena è costretta automaticamente a raddrizzarsi. Quindi sono molto soddisfatta.

Well it has multiple sizes and I went with the size and height of my wife. Ball arrived and is very small. Not something she could use to sit on while working.That being said, i went to do a return to get a bigger size and shipping was half the cost of my item. So, i either lose money just returning it or I love all of my money with a product that doesn't work.Beware. If you want to use this to sit on...I would avoid it or go with the biggest size possible. Just remember, if you dont like it and have to return you're going to get hosed.

Just inflated the ball. It has all these creases and scuffs on it; the creases do not come out when you inflate the ball. Ball is also not shaped like a ball but the bottom half is expanded wider than the top half. Not sure if you can tell in the pictures. The material just seems thin and cheap too. This is compared to the yoga ball I'm replacing and ones I've used at the gym. Returning.UPDATE: Just ordered the original brand I had to begin with (they were out of stock before which is why I had to order this one in the first place), and the material is more heavy duty, no scuffs, not misshaped, and the pump is better. This one the pump let out air as you pumped so you had to pump fast and then plug or air would escape. Check out the Dynapro balls.

Updated review: (Initially I gave this product one star) I recently purchased this ball and I am disappointed because every day I need to pump air into it. But the seller reached out to me via email, apologizing for the previous issues with the first exercise ball I received and offered to send me a replacement. I have had the new ball for 30 day and it’s holding the air well. I haven’t had to add air to it. I use it as my desk chair. I am happy with the service I received and the quality of my new exercise ball.

This was the first exercise ball I'd bought for myself, although I've used others before. Initially I was surprised by the quality-- the surface felt slightly oily and smelled strange, and it did not stay inflated. However, customer service reached out to me shortly after my order had been delivered to check, and confirmed that this was not a normal experience.A replacement was sent to my address, and it's everything I hoped for! I use it for an office chair and for working out, and it's very sturdy and easy to inflate. I would recommend buying this item if you're looking for a good exercise ball.

I weigh 105lbs and got the one recommended for me. NO it was like a little beach ball 😪 I had a blue one that I could sit on it was bigger. I would love one of those ..

I ordered the 55cm because that was what my physical therapist recommended which is different then the grid Suggested. I am 5'6 so I was borderline on the grid. But the ball is the perfect size, I actually needed to deflate it a bit to be the right size for me. It was easy to blow up and the texture of the ball is high quality. It is a grippy type of material.

I bought this for one reason and it wasn't for exercise by myself. It will handle two people just fine. Originally I purchased this to go on a vacation and I would just throw it away so I wouldn't have to worry about what to do with it on the repack back home. However it surprised me that the ball is deflate-able. That's a bonus.

I bought this to use with my physical therapy routine, but no matter how much I pumped it up, it was too "squishy", and never felt stable/supportive. (I'm not heavy...125 pounds, but maybe it would be okay for a child that likes to bounce.)I returned it.

Being short, it is a benefit to be able to order a small size. This is not a one size fits all product. It's sturdy and the exercises can be as challenging as you want to make them. Being over 70, it feels great just to stretch out on it. And the customer service is terrific.

Wow. As a person with chronic back pain it makes a huge difference. I can actually work longer and more effectively. I can work my and until they ache instead of until my back does. I'm 223lbs and this is one sturdy ball. I used my air hawk to fill it most of the way and that took a while. I used the hand pump to get it where it needed to be. Thinking I my get a larger one next. I would certainly recommend

I bought this ball about a month ago but didn't blow it up and use it until last week. My exercise ball seems to be leaking air. I have to keep filling it up every couple of days which is a pain to do because I have to get the stopper out, fill with more air, replace the stopper.....And do it all over again in 2 days.So I ordered a replacement ball. I received the ball same color same size 55cm, however when I blew it up the ball is HALF the size of the first one. I have pictures of both next to each other. Both balls say 55cm on them yet 1 is half the size!I am very dissatisfied with this product!
