Best mixer on the market.
I love my kitchen aid mixer! The bowl holds well, andthe handle is, well, handy! The mixer doesn't vibrate or slide. Not too loud. Very few nooks and crannies to clean. (Make sure you have one clean hand to change the speeds.) This is the best mixer on the market. Be aware that it is VERY heavy, so if you can keep it on the counter, you will save your back. I wish there was a more extensive instruction book, but there is lots of info online. I'm in baking heaven!
