As long as it is within range of another Apple device, it can connect to it and use its GPS to send signals so you can track it.Battery life: have used the AirTags about six months now and still going strong. Very easy to change out the button cell battery highly recommend getting a lithium ion for longer battery life.Speaker: one of the options when trying to find the device, the AirTag is attached to as utilizing a speaker. Compared to other products on the market, this is probably the quietest speaker which makes it hard to locate at a distance. Especially if this is in a wallet, the sound is severely muted compared to other wallet, friendly devices that are on the market.Overall: despite Apple’s history of proprietary use, these AirTags are highly serviceable and useful when tracking down lost items. You were able to pinpoint the location of the item using the app, there are new features (software related) Which don’t require manual updates compared to other devices. Highly recommend to anyone who throws their keys and wallet into the void.

Can't have enough AirTags!! They are easy to set up for luggage, golf bags, purse, keys, whatever you want! The "finder" beep is easy to hear as my husband misplace his and we found it in the bottom of his golf bag. I always order the keychain and waterproof holders to go with the AirTags. These make great gifts for your Apple friends. I have not had any issues with any of the tags. It's nice to land at an airport, go to "Find My" on my phone and know that my luggage has arrived with me. Once, it did not and I was able to be assured that it was at my last connection.

These air tags have multiple uses, are easy to use and provide helpfull information when needing to track and find various items. There are many ways to attach them to the items you want to track which makes them quite versitile. I find more and more ways to use them as time goes on. They are a good invetment from my standpoint and well worth the money.

Had an issue with one of the AirTags during the first use. 3 of the 4 tags worked fine but the 4th showed one of my bags was left at my departure airport. A few hours later the 4th AirTag showed correctly. The airline showed my bag was with me all the time. I had no issue with the tags since. I liked the fact that the tags tell me I’ve left my bags behind when I leave the immediate vicinity.

Great value for 4 Air tags. They work great. Use them everyday in a variety of ways. One is in my dogs collar, one in my wallet, and the other 2 are in the cars. I did take 2 on a cruise and they worked on the ship and off. I am comforted by the peace of mind they give me.
